got a tuina masaage, therapist was elaine and she was good. i was happy my stiff shoulder and back got some relief. another staff felicia was good too, made recommendation for the massage package but not pushy, respecting my choice.

I have been getting my massages from Elements ION Spa for about 10 years. Most of their therapists (past and present) are strong When my previous therapist, Siti, left Elements, I was introduced to a new therapist, Nood, who are just great in the art of massage. I feel energised and refreshed after massage from Nood. Overall excellent service.

Massage service is really good. Environment is clean. And heat pad is really helpful. Therapist Patty make sure that body areas in need of special care is addressed. We keep coming back.

Worse customer service ever. I heard someone named Kai Sighed loudly to a couple of polite customers who wanted to take a quick look before closing in 15 mins but was rejected. Made me feel uncomfortable when i was walking towards the store.

Very happy with the service rendered by Shani. He has been very patient and assist at his level best whenever I have questions or issues. Top notch professionalism. Even though there is a small hiccup in the delivery but the issue was resolved quickly satisfactorily. Not to mention, the product design and quality live up the brand name of Crate and Barrel. Definitely will come back for future purchase.
