I recently visited Element Wellness to try their Nani Fibroblast Facial, and it turned out to be a truly refreshing and unique experience. The ambiance at the wellness centre was calm and welcoming, setting the perfect tone for relaxation right from the start. The facial itself was unlike any other I’ve had. The Fibroblast technology used during the treatment felt innovative and targeted—it’s designed to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin naturally, and I could definitely feel the difference. The therapist was knowledgeable and gentle, explaining each step clearly and making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. What stood out to me most was how rejuvenated and lifted my skin felt immediately after. There was a noticeable glow and firmness that wasn’t just superficial—it felt like the treatment went deeper than a standard facial.

I did Fascia Therapy treatment at Ion with Maya. My body and joints felt very light and relax and able to sleep better. Maya provides very good service and her professionalism was one of the best I encountered so far over my years of going for massage. She is very friendly and patience treating joints that need more pressure. Highly recommended Maya if you visit Spa Element at Ion.

Thankful to have Maya as my masseuse who is my life saviour whenever I have any muscle aches that affect my sleep. This is even more pertinent after I increase my sports training in gym,running and hiking. Her knowledge and preciseness at hitting that ‘sweet/painful spot’ never fails to amaze me. After a stressful day at work, I always look forward for a relaxing time at the spa and appreciate the warm free flow healthy red date tea which I can enjoy at their lounge. Service from their manager, Jia Hui and Cecilia, the receptionist is always warm and friendly. Please keep up the great work!

I have been going for facials at elements for a couple of years now and I stayed for a reason. I think my skin complexion has improved over a few sessions and the service is great. I like the face, shoulder massage and how they also tidy my eyebrows. My beautician’s name is Tracy.

I’ve been a faithful customer of Spa Elements for more than a decade. Tracy, my facial therapist knows exactly how to deal with my sensitive skin. All thanks to her professionalism and expertise, she has resolved many of skin issues and I have received many compliments on my glowing skin. I had recommended Spa Elements to my friends who also saw improvements in their skin conditions. I’m also very impressed by Spa Elements’ excellent customer service. Cecilia is always so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Spa Elements!

What an amazing experience! 🌿✨ I just had a superior-quality massage—just like the ones I’ve enjoyed in Bintan—without even leaving Singapore! A big shoutout to Ari from Elements Orchard Branch for giving me the best shoulder blade therapy I’ve ever had. It felt like she was gently realigning the string of muscles from my neck all the way to my shoulder blades. You can literally feel the relief as the tension melts away. Honestly, I’ve never experienced this kind of massage here in Singapore before. Kudos to Elements ION branch for maintaining such high standards. 🙌 Please continue to train all your therapists with this technique—it’s perfect for total spa relaxation. Super thumbs up! 👍👍

Very happy with the service rendered by Shani. He has been very patient and assist at his level best whenever I have questions or issues. Top notch professionalism. Even though there is a small hiccup in the delivery but the issue was resolved quickly satisfactorily. Not to mention, the product design and quality live up the brand name of Crate and Barrel. Definitely will come back for future purchase.

That place is amazing and all the designs are great! really enjoyed the whole experience as i was guided by one (super friendly) staff through the different quality of sofas and what would suit my new appartment! Definitely coming back for more shopping!

Always been a fan of Crate and Barrel, love that it is an international chain so I can continue my brand loyalty wherever I go. Love the home decor, stylish furniture and other home essentials. We love coming back and try to make the most during special offer and discounts! I picked up some gifts for my friends and family, but I must admit that I missed them packing the gifts with their signature ribbons (red and golden) without added cost. Each ribbon can with an added cost of 3-5 SGD. Philippines store and US store offered these without any cost.
