My wife and I had a delightful shopping experience at Bath & Body Works ION. From the moment we stepped in, we were warmly welcomed by Jovy, who took the time to understand our preferences and needs. She patiently guided us through the product selection and went above and beyond to help us get the best value — even breaking down the cost per 100g so we could make the most cost-effective choices between different product sizes. Jovy's helpfulness and product knowledge made our visit not just enjoyable, but genuinely informative. To top it all off, Darwin at the cashier was equally patient and friendly, walking us through how to use Atome for additional savings. The store had a cheerful and collaborative atmosphere, with team members supporting one another and clearly taking pride in their work. It’s always a pleasure to shop in a place where the staff are both knowledgeable and genuinely happy to help. Great experience all around and kudos to the management team and staff!

I had a wonderful experience at Bath and Body Works ION Orchard thanks to Pinky and Kim! I had to buy a lot of items for personal reasons and I was intending to purchase hand creams with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion. When I was informed that the promo was no longer available, I was really disheartened and was prepared to leave. However, Pinky was very helpful and enthusiastic in giving suggestions for other promos that would be helpful! When checking out the items, there were also a few obstacles to tackle, as I was purchasing a lot of items. Kim and Pinky were so so helpful and efficient in making sure we did not have to make too many transactions. And Kim went the extra mile to work around situations so that we would be able to redeem a free gift as well. All in all, I really appreciate the service, friendliness and efficiency displayed by both of them <3 Thank you so much! I will definitely come here again to buy more items :) Selamat, Ates! I did not manage to get the name of the sales assistant. It was my first time purchasing, so I was pretty overwhelmed myriad of choices. She asked me what I wanted and I told her that I needed quite a few as I was giving them as Christmas presents. She immediately directed me to the buy two get one free gift sets. I left as a happy customer.
