Worse customer service ever. I heard someone named Kai Sighed loudly to a couple of polite customers who wanted to take a quick look before closing in 15 mins but was rejected. Made me feel uncomfortable when i was walking towards the store.

Quality items, spacious and friendly staff! Even told me that is customers accidentally break anything, it’s not needed to pay.

$100 Wooden chopping board broke within <2 months of purchase. Refund process was painfully slow. But they accept the refund in store credit so I’m ok

Very happy with the service rendered by Shani. He has been very patient and assist at his level best whenever I have questions or issues. Top notch professionalism. Even though there is a small hiccup in the delivery but the issue was resolved quickly satisfactorily. Not to mention, the product design and quality live up the brand name of Crate and Barrel. Definitely will come back for future purchase.

Very pricey but good collections!

Since your company charged my credit card from October 2021, I expect any of your company to responsible for the delay of my furniture(order no.9852) nearly 5months. Today I visited your shop. Mr.Fanill and Esteve very arrogantly said all our customers are like you waiting for 5-6months so why do you complain? Come on.. why do you carry the fancy name of the well known Brand… very disappointed about their attitude and false information given when I paid for the furniture which never deliver…

I am very impressed with the service and professionalism my family and I received from your staff, Zachary at Orchard Gateway. He was very knowledgeable and so helpful. He and his colleagues even came to my place to do on-site measurements to check if the sofa I am buying would fit the lift! I find Zachary to be a very honest and sincere salesperson and his ability to understand our concerns and find the best sofa or solutions to address my concerns and likes. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Zachary and I would definitely come back for more shopping. Thank you Zachary and Crate & Barrel!

It's surprisingly hard to find good, affordable furniture in Singapore so I'm glad that they have a C&B here! The catalogue is great; the sales staff is always very helpful and provide flexible solutions. I've been in touch with Ridz and he's been very responsive about all my product inquiries and space planning. Price is definitely towards the higher end but the items are high quality, and the customer service is, from my experience, a lot better than most of the other stores in Singapore. Hopefully they'll bring CB2 back soon too!

Great quality, super friendly staff that go above and beyond to make sure you choose the items perfect for you. We have rearranged the store once to recreate what our living room would look like! Built to last, half our C&B items were moved from Dubai and shipped flawlessly. Happy shopping
