Since your company charged my credit card from October 2021, I expect any of your company to responsible for the delay of my furniture(order no.9852) nearly 5months. Today I visited your shop. Mr.Fanill and Esteve very arrogantly said all our customers are like you waiting for 5-6months so why do you complain? Come on.. why do you carry the fancy name of the well known Brand… very disappointed about their attitude and false information given when I paid for the furniture which never deliver…

Very happy with the service rendered by Shani. He has been very patient and assist at his level best whenever I have questions or issues. Top notch professionalism. Even though there is a small hiccup in the delivery but the issue was resolved quickly satisfactorily. Not to mention, the product design and quality live up the brand name of Crate and Barrel. Definitely will come back for future purchase.

Been a customer of Crate & Barrel since their first ever store in Singapore many years ago. Products are always well-made, tasteful and aesthetically pleasant. Customer service in-stores and online are always wonderful too.

That place is amazing and all the designs are great! really enjoyed the whole experience as i was guided by one (super friendly) staff through the different quality of sofas and what would suit my new appartment! Definitely coming back for more shopping!

Always been a fan of Crate and Barrel, love that it is an international chain so I can continue my brand loyalty wherever I go. Love the home decor, stylish furniture and other home essentials. We love coming back and try to make the most during special offer and discounts! I picked up some gifts for my friends and family, but I must admit that I missed them packing the gifts with their signature ribbons (red and golden) without added cost. Each ribbon can with an added cost of 3-5 SGD. Philippines store and US store offered these without any cost.

Worse customer service ever. I heard someone named Kai Sighed loudly to a couple of polite customers who wanted to take a quick look before closing in 15 mins but was rejected. Made me feel uncomfortable when i was walking towards the store.

What's not to love about Crate and Barrel? From unique kitchen items to that one of a kind furniture piece you've been searching for, you will find it here. The staff at this location are knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, a very pleasant shopping experience.

Nice shop with a big choice in kitchenware but also with a lot more than that. I will surely visit again when I have more time since I was surprised to see so many interesting items for my house and thé quality seems to be quite nice. I want to study their collection more carefully.

While I find their designs stylish, I would warn people not to buy here due to poor customer service and extreme delivery delays if the item isn’t in Singapore. Delivery delays This table was delayed 3 times and took 11 months to arrive. I had to escalate to many senior Crate & Barrel people in order to get any status. They also knew I ordered the table but sold the display table to someone else without even giving me an opportunity to get the table sooner. Customer service The great sales executive that helped me left and the new one (only assigned after I called store demanding to know order status) gave wrong information, and sales manager just stopped trying to help me find chairs (so I only have two chairs). I switched out the chair style and bought them from their Singapore website - only US had stock. The Singapore store asked the US store a few times and then stopped when all they do is put your request in a spreadsheet. They offered no alternatives or apologies - they just didn’t bother anymore. You would think after all my time waiting and the potential for more revenue, they would have at least offered other options. They missed out on many opportunities to make up for their customer service but completely missed the mark. It’s just such a disappointing experience and I wouldn’t want someone else to go through this. Shop elsewhere.
