Absolutely disgusted by the customer service at the ion orchard branch. The job of the sales girl is to service not throw a fit and a disgusting body language especially after she realises you are not going to buy stuff. Such staff just being down the entire reputation of a brand

Staff were friendly and thoughtful , the male Chinese sales person even offered us drinks and taught us how to use the ion app for redemption etc . Overall he portrayed professionalism and integrity in delivering good service which we appreciated!

Ariff provided exceptional service when I visited Dior for a bag exchange. He was incredibly patient and helpful, even though I was quite indecisive. He took the time to assist me without any pressure, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring I found the perfect replacement. His warm and professional attitude made the whole experience delightful. Truly the best service I’ve received at Dior!

The ION Art Gallery had an amazing children’s art exhibition when we visited in July 2025. Here they really display that kids do not need to have simple trashy taste. Just amazingly. #SingaporeLove
