Didn't get their names but Really Wonderful services from all the 3 sales assistant ( 2 ladies & 1 gentleman) that served me on 11 July 2025 at 7pm shopfloor. Very friendly & welcoming energy : D

Massage service is really good. Environment is clean. And heat pad is really helpful. Therapist Patty make sure that body areas in need of special care is addressed. We keep coming back.

I have been getting my massages from Elements ION Spa for about 10 years. Most of their therapists (past and present) are strong When my previous therapist, Siti, left Elements, I was introduced to a new therapist, Nood, who are just great in the art of massage. I feel energised and refreshed after massage from Nood. Overall excellent service.

got a tuina masaage, therapist was elaine and she was good. i was happy my stiff shoulder and back got some relief. another staff felicia was good too, made recommendation for the massage package but not pushy, respecting my choice.

I am very pleased with Maya service. She is helpful and take care of our needs. Also with pleased with Cecilia in arranging our schedules.

First visit, difficult to find location. Counter staff not very welcoming. But package price reasonable and had a great massage by Patty from Thailand :)

Very attentive and pay attention to small details.Will not over sell, only recommend what is suitable for your skin conditions. She listened attentively to my concerns and customized the session perfectly to meet my needs.
