And for expert members, you can enjoy a sip while getting your capsules. Staff are attentive most of the time & great recommendations on capsules.

Just wanted to leave a review for Jersen because I was so impressed with his service! He was knowledgeable, without pushing any products to me. I ended up bagging a coffee machine, frother, capsule container and 5 boxes of capsules home. This is what I call a valuable asset to the company! I will only go to him for future purchases at Nespresso ION in future. Side note: The coffee tasted as good as popular cafes, can’t wait to explore different flavors!

Wonderful experience at Nespresso store in ION! Hakim provided exceptional service as he was friendly, professional, he introduced us to new summer iced coffee flavor of pistachios and caramel that was very delicious capsules, He also made our coffee using their machine with beautiful art looking adding a special touch to the experience :) If you're a coffee lover, must visit this store for the best tasting experience and excellent service. Instead of getting my usual Paris capsules, I ended up purchasing Indonesia and Rome flavors based on his recommendation and I love it! He also made my coffee using their machine with beautiful latte art adding a special touch to the experience :) If you're a coffee lover, visit this store for a wonderful tasting session and excellent service. I visited Bath & Body Works last Wednesday, and it was a great experience! Joyce, a staff member, was super helpful. She recommended some amazing seasonal scents and shared tips on mixing fragrances and products knowledge. Her friendly energy and expertise made shopping a breeze.

I had a wonderful experience at Bath and Body Works ION Orchard thanks to Pinky and Kim! I had to buy a lot of items for personal reasons and I was intending to purchase hand creams with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion. When I was informed that the promo was no longer available, I was really disheartened and was prepared to leave. However, Pinky was very helpful and enthusiastic in giving suggestions for other promos that would be helpful! When checking out the items, there were also a few obstacles to tackle, as I was purchasing a lot of items. Kim and Pinky were so so helpful and efficient in making sure we did not have to make too many transactions. And Kim went the extra mile to work around situations so that we would be able to redeem a free gift as well. All in all, I really appreciate the service, friendliness and efficiency displayed by both of them <3 Thank you so much! I will definitely come here again to buy more items :) Selamat, Ates!
