Went to Nespresso Outlet at Ion Orchard. Staff Jersen was very professional and helpful. He explained the Nespresso products well and clearly. He even made coffee for my mom to try the coffee product. He even help to further explain on how to use the coffee machine and the different type of coffee offered. Great service with Jersen! Definitely will look for him again the next time I’m coming to Nespresso outlet. Staff Hakim approached us today while my brother and I were making payment and offered to make a drink for us with the limited edition white chocolate strawberry capsule. Both of us were amazed by the flavours and how knowledgeable Hakim was when explaining about the different coffee flavours and coffee strengths. He also shared with us different coffee recipes that we can try out at home. Amazing! Great service from Hakim! Definitely will come again to try other flavours!

Not sure whose brilliant idea to implement a Q system, mixing new customers with current customers whom just want to quickly purchase capsules and be gone. Whole premium experience is ruined by such cheap approach.

A glitch in the payment gateway for online purchase got me visiting the brick & mortar store and I have to say, it’s been a while. Thoughtfully design for sampling and the capsule wall display is the eye candy while I sip on the cuppa. The coconut 🥥 loving me came to stock up on the seasonal coconut flavoured capsule, also tried Freddo, and hazelnut. Excellent customer service and I am glad I came, look forward to one of the masterclass some time.

I had a wonderful experience at Bath and Body Works ION Orchard thanks to Pinky and Kim! I had to buy a lot of items for personal reasons and I was intending to purchase hand creams with the Buy 2 Get 1 Free promotion. When I was informed that the promo was no longer available, I was really disheartened and was prepared to leave. However, Pinky was very helpful and enthusiastic in giving suggestions for other promos that would be helpful! When checking out the items, there were also a few obstacles to tackle, as I was purchasing a lot of items. Kim and Pinky were so so helpful and efficient in making sure we did not have to make too many transactions. And Kim went the extra mile to work around situations so that we would be able to redeem a free gift as well. All in all, I really appreciate the service, friendliness and efficiency displayed by both of them <3 Thank you so much! I will definitely come here again to buy more items :) Selamat, Ates!
