Amazing experience at Nespresso store in ION! Shamus provided exceptional service as he was friendly, knowledgeable and introduced me to new coffee flavors. Instead of getting my usual Paris capsules, I ended up purchasing Indonesia and Rome flavors based on his recommendation and I love it! He also made my coffee using their machine with beautiful latte art adding a special touch to the experience :) If you're a coffee lover, visit this store for a wonderful tasting session and excellent service. Thank you Shamus, for making my visit so enjoyable! Will visit again :)

Awesome experience at the Orchard boutique. Hakim and Shamus are very friendly and serve us a coffee each. We tried flavors exclusive for vertuo since we already tasted all the original ones. Worth dropping by

Just wanted to leave a review for Jersen because I was so impressed with his service! He was knowledgeable, without pushing any products to me. I ended up bagging a coffee machine, frother, capsule container and 5 boxes of capsules home. This is what I call a valuable asset to the company! I will only go to him for future purchases at Nespresso ION in future. Side note: The coffee tasted as good as popular cafes, can’t wait to explore different flavors!

Back here again to restock capsules; very warm hospitality & fantastic service by Ridwan - great recommendations on capsules with his extra miles service. He made good coconut ice coffee - thank you very much. We are grateful for your service & assistance! My go to place for Nespresso capsules purchase. And for expert members, you can enjoy a sip while getting your capsules. Staff are attentive most of the time & great recommendations on capsules.

Went to Nespresso Outlet at Ion Orchard. Staff Jersen was very professional and helpful. He explained the Nespresso products well and clearly. He even made coffee for my mom to try the coffee product. He even help to further explain on how to use the coffee machine and the different type of coffee offered. Great service with Jersen! Definitely will look for him again the next time I’m coming to Nespresso outlet. Staff Hakim approached us today while my brother and I were making payment and offered to make a drink for us with the limited edition white chocolate strawberry capsule. Both of us were amazed by the flavours and how knowledgeable Hakim was when explaining about the different coffee flavours and coffee strengths. He also shared with us different coffee recipes that we can try out at home. Amazing! Great service from Hakim! Definitely will come again to try other flavours!
