Not sure whose brilliant idea to implement a Q system, mixing new customers with current customers whom just want to quickly purchase capsules and be gone. Whole premium experience is ruined by such cheap approach.

Went to Nespresso Outlet at Ion Orchard. Staff Jersen was very professional and helpful. He explained the Nespresso products well and clearly. He even made coffee for my mom to try the coffee product. He even help to further explain on how to use the coffee machine and the different type of coffee offered. Great service with Jersen! Definitely will look for him again the next time I’m coming to Nespresso outlet. Staff Hakim approached us today while my brother and I were making payment and offered to make a drink for us with the limited edition white chocolate strawberry capsule. Both of us were amazed by the flavours and how knowledgeable Hakim was when explaining about the different coffee flavours and coffee strengths. He also shared with us different coffee recipes that we can try out at home. Amazing! Great service from Hakim! Definitely will come again to try other flavours!

Just wanted to leave a review for Jersen because I was so impressed with his service! He was knowledgeable, without pushing any products to me. I ended up bagging a coffee machine, frother, capsule container and 5 boxes of capsules home. This is what I call a valuable asset to the company! I will only go to him for future purchases at Nespresso ION in future. Side note: The coffee tasted as good as popular cafes, can’t wait to explore different flavors!

Wonderful experience at Nespresso store in ION! Hakim provided exceptional service as he was friendly, professional, he introduced us to new summer iced coffee flavor of pistachios and caramel that was very delicious capsules, He also made our coffee using their machine with beautiful art looking adding a special touch to the experience :) If you're a coffee lover, must visit this store for the best tasting experience and excellent service.
