Looking for a quick, satisfying bite that doesn’t compromise on quality? TORI-Q in Singapore is your go-to spot for authentic yakitori that’s fresh, affordable, and packed with flavor! Each stick is hand-grilled to perfection using the finest ingredients, and their signature tare (special sauce) takes these skewers to another level. If you love great food that’s made with care, TORI-Q has got you covered. What’s good and why it’s good: Piri-Kara Karaage (Fried) If you're a fan of crispy, savory chicken, this one's for you. The Piri-Kara Karaage is deep-fried to a golden crisp, with the perfect balance of spice and saltiness. It’s juicy on the inside, crunchy on the outside, and packs a punch with just the right amount of heat. A must-try for anyone who loves fried chicken with a kick! 🔥🍗 Quail Egg Don’t underestimate the quail egg—this bite-sized skewer is packed with rich, delicate flavor. Grilled to perfection, it’s slightly smoky on the outside with a soft, creamy inside. A little gem of a dish that pairs perfectly with the tare sauce. It’s simple but so satisfying! 🥚✨ Pork TORI-Q does pork right! Their skewered pork is juicy, tender, and grilled just right, with a charred, smoky flavor that’s irresistible. The seasoning is on point, and you can taste the freshness of the meat. The simplicity of this dish makes it a real crowd-pleaser. Tontoro Pork The Tontoro Pork is a showstopper! This cut of pork is marbled with fat, giving it a melt-in-your-mouth texture that’s both tender and flavorful. Grilled with a perfect balance of seasoning, it’s a rich, savory bite that feels like comfort food on a skewer. Definitely a standout dish! If you’re looking for affordable yakitori that doesn’t skimp on quality, TORI-Q is the place to be. Quick service, fresh ingredients, and that irresistible tare sauce make it a perfect spot for a casual yet satisfying meal.

Friendly staff who were willing to explain the different options available. Also was able to enjoy free cups of coffee! Overall very pleasant experience.

Fatastic Service by Ridwan ! Shared Great Details and Recommendations for which coffee varieties to purchase ! Superb knownledge and well explained guide on how to use the coffee machine as well ! Had a great time at the Boutique and will be back for more shopping ! Cheers and Highly Recommended !

A glitch in the payment gateway for online purchase got me visiting the brick & mortar store and I have to say, it’s been a while. Thoughtfully design for sampling and the capsule wall display is the eye candy while I sip on the cuppa. The coconut 🥥 loving me came to stock up on the seasonal coconut flavoured capsule, also tried Freddo, and hazelnut. Excellent customer service and I am glad I came, look forward to one of the masterclass some time.

Special thanks to Yalin @ Nespresso Ion. She was really friendly and informative. She also recommended us the flavor of coffee to our individual liking. Will definitely come back here again for the customer experience.

I visited the Nespresso outlet at ION Orchard to get my office machine descaled. Before leaving, I spoke to Hakim, a trainee, to ask about the differences between their products and capsules. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in a clear, easy-to-understand way that really helped me make an informed decision. Overall, I had a great experience at the outlet. Hakim is definitely an asset to the team! 👏👏👏

Amazing experience at Nespresso store in ION! Shamus provided exceptional service as he was friendly, knowledgeable and introduced me to new coffee flavors. Instead of getting my usual Paris capsules, I ended up purchasing Indonesia and Rome flavors based on his recommendation and I love it! He also made my coffee using their machine with beautiful latte art adding a special touch to the experience :) If you're a coffee lover, visit this store for a wonderful tasting session and excellent service. Thank you Shamus, for making my visit so enjoyable! Will visit again :)

This is an almost one year belated review for services we received from Boutique coffee specialist Pavitra. We are still enjoying the recommended coffee machine that she had so much patience to help us select last year from the plethora of offerings from Nespresso. sincerely understanding our preferences etc. Hope you are doing well in 2025. All the best !

Not sure whose brilliant idea to implement a Q system, mixing new customers with current customers whom just want to quickly purchase capsules and be gone. Whole premium experience is ruined by such cheap approach.

Just wanted to leave a review for Jersen because I was so impressed with his service! He was knowledgeable, without pushing any products to me. I ended up bagging a coffee machine, frother, capsule container and 5 boxes of capsules home. This is what I call a valuable asset to the company! I will only go to him for future purchases at Nespresso ION in future. Side note: The coffee tasted as good as popular cafes, can’t wait to explore different flavors!
