Incidecent happen at Smiggle Outlet @ Ion Orchard around 28 Sept 2023 approx. 12 noon. There are 2 sales girls. One chinese and one malay. This chinese sales person is very impolite, rude, bad manner and bad attitude. When I ask for the new bag instead of the display one and she replys that you not seeing I am arranging things. Just arranging things can be done after sales done. Whether customer sale is more important than doing arranging goods while have many customer around??? She just really don't care whether she is making any sale or not. She doesn't care at all whether the shop is sustainable or not. I know she ia not the boss and pay damn care whether make any sell or profit or not. Further more she is instructing her colleague don't go and take the bag and serve for us. Very arrogant and I will give her 2 thumb up. To have this kind of staff as a company surely ruin by her behaviour. We already take one bag and request for the 2nd one and enconter this rude chinese sale girl. I am unbelievable as a saleperson whoes doesn't know customer is always priority to serve first or she can just nicely ask her colleague to serve instead. That is a sad for the company. We ask her for help just because she is beside us and nearest to us. I hope the management can take an actiin on it for their own good. Check the CCTV if need so.

Had my hair colour and highlighted by Maggie. She is such a nice, jovial and friendly person. Went to so many saloon, she was the only one who could keep me coming back to this saloon. Always making me comfortable and great recommendations on my hairdo leaving me with nothing but great satisfaction. Even the shampoo girl does a great job taking care of details such as drying carefully the ear lobes. Did a scalp treatment and she massage so well. Overall Great service and experience.

Had a good hair cut by Miko. Not regretting coming to ION outlet.. with a friendly staff, felt very welcoming & they are so professional.

Did a wash and blow here and was served by Liling. I have never submitted a review out of my own will for a hair salon until today haha. The hair wash was so good, I would dare say the best I’ve ever had (and I do get my hair washed quite often at diff places). The head and neck massage plus hot towel for the neck at the end of the wash… were the cherries on top. Also I asked to blow dry my hair to have more volume and she delivered!! I think she did go above and beyond because other places I’ve been to didn’t achieve what I wanted , even with the same instruction. Thank you Liling 😊 I’ll be back!

Not suitable for curly hair. I took my 10 yr old daughter for hair trimming on Dec 14th. Jeric cut her hair too short and with way too many layering. Layers do not work on heavy curls. He ruined her hair!! Even in a pony tail looks horrible. Every time i look at her hair, i really feel furious. I should have stopped him. The team is polite and the place is clean though so this is my specific experience on curly hair. I am amending from here the review as i got furious from the hair dresser comment on my review. I only asked for shorter hair for my SON not for my daughter!! My daughter i asked trimming the dead ends. Despite a polite review and making it specific for curly hair not to generalize, you are not adding any apology and denying responsibility. You are saying i was very happy when i left. In my culture, I was polite or you preferred a scene in your shop? My daughter was already crying in tears when we left the mall! Stop adding these ‘denial’ comments as this doesn’t reflect well on how you handle your customer feedback!

I have been going to Jeric for my haircuts for some time. He gave me a pixie cut which suited me very well. I like the cut. It is easy to maintain, easy to style and makes me stand out from the crowd.

Been to this salon for so many times and have tried a few hairstylist but my favourite will ALWAYS BE NARDO. He's got good hands, very good knowledge in analysing the best hair cut for your facial feature and is just so comfortable to let him take care of my hair. Never fails! Thank you, Nardo. Made an online appointment for the off peak promo and was pleasantly surprised to be attended to by Jeric himself!!! Must be my super lucky day. Of course, my new haircut turned out very well, and made me look refreshed! The scalp treatment was very comforting and relaxing.

After a lunch appt yesterday, I was walking at ION and decided to get a hair cut n saw their promotion for hair treatment and hair cut for $128. A lovely lady (i dont know her name) did the treatment and i had a comfortable and relaxing treatment. Sorry i din get her name but think she told me she is from China. Later, Zophia cut my hair and she is such a interesting conversationalist with her wide knowledge. She din criticise my previous hair cut which some hair stylist would and proceeded to cut my hair with her unique techniques. She cut my hair and I love it and I had left it to her and she did it perfectly. Another guy blew dry my hair and he was very friendly. Thank you, Zophia. Wld love to come back and it was very pleasant to return here after many years of being away from Singapore.

Jeric Hair Salon never fails to deliver. Their hair stylists are mostly very experienced and talented. I have been (tried and tested) to other saloons, Jeric is still the place where I can find the best hair stylists. Whether it is Jeric Bugis (I think this outlet has now closed down) or Ion, they deliver quality results, beyond expectations. The Ion outlet is also able to accommodate my request to have the haircut in a private area (due to modesty issues). And the best part, they use Aveda products. Maggie has been our family preferred and most favorite hairstylist. My kids (3 and 5 years old) love going for haircut but only with Maggie. I’ve sent my kids to other hair salons and barber but they got scared instead. Maggie definitely knows how to handle children very well. I want to thank Maggie (from Ion) for being the best hair stylist (for many years) that I ever had and hopefully it continues.
