I popped into Chow Tai Fook at ION Orchard on a casual afternoon, not really planning to buy anything. But as soon as I saw the CTF Pet Bulldog 999 Gold Pendant, I felt an instant pull. It was adorable, full of character, and somehow reminded me of my own little bulldog at home. Terence, the salesperson who assisted me, was incredibly kind and patient. There was no upselling, no pressure—just genuine, thoughtful service. He shared a bit about the CTF Pet series and let me take my time deciding, which I really appreciated. In the end, I left the store with more than just a pendant—it felt like I was bringing home a little gold companion. The whole experience was warm, relaxed, and sincere. I’m so glad I stepped in that day.

I have always been a loyal customer of Chow Tai Fook and have purchased several pieces from the brand in the past. I genuinely like their designs and had been looking forward to visiting the store today to view a piece I had been considering. However, the experience was disappointing. I walked around the entire store and paused at different showcases, yet no staff approached me or offered any assistance. Although I was properly dressed and showed clear interest, I was completely ignored.It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store. I hope my experience can provide some reference for other customers.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with one of the salesperson at this location. From the moment I walked in, their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional. Rather than offering help or answering questions politely, they were curt, condescending, and visibly annoyed by even the simplest inquiries. What should have been a straightforward interaction quickly turned uncomfortable due to their rude behavior and lack of basic customer service skills. It's unfortunate, because I was genuinely interested in making a purchase—but after being treated so poorly, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I hope management addresses this issue seriously, as no customer should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected. A little courtesy goes a long way.

We spent almost an hour in the store and Christine was really patient and showed us all the pieces. All the pieces are displayed and the sales assistant also helped us pick out other items not displayed. We ended up bringing back three pieces but this was overall a really pleasant shopping experience

Esther Ho was quite rude when my cousin visited on 19 April. She wanted to sign up for the member and Esther just gave her the look and she was whispering to another male colleague (in a making fun manner) that my cousin wanted to sign up for the membership. It was only after when my cousin bought something that her attitude towards her changed. Please be mindful of behaviour whether towards a customer or not as this will drive potential customers away. Even when my cousin entered the shop, no one bothered to greet her. Lousy customer service. Please do something about this

The cashier Who the name NAYLi here is very not polite at all and show us a rude gesture, we are customer come to buy dont you treat customer like a beggar !!! I have no problem with purchase or quality of the goods, last Night I have been purchasing 2 bag and i also have not talk so much and never ask anything to her, i just took the bag from the hanger and i wanted to pass to her for payment but she really gave the ugly face with pass the two bag with same pattern which one same as I choose!!! That's simple things to tell the costumer without your ugly face right? But why You need to saw us that's you are not happy with what we do only bcs i take the bag from the hanger?? Is it we are wrong!!!??? If you wanted to change just let us know with nicely and talk nicely NOT MUST YOU SAW ME YOUR RUDE FACE!!! This is not first time I been there to buy something but I never meet the rude cashier like you before!!! Please upgrade the skill level of sales and cashier to appreciate customers!!!

Outstanding service at Smiggle Orchard! We had such a wonderful experience at the Smiggle store in G20 ION on 19 Jul 2025 2.51pm! My son has been eyeing the Vault for months, but we were hesitant to spend nearly $35 on it. The lady staff member who attended to us was incredibly friendly and helpful. We asked if we could use our SGlife vouchers, and she warmly said yes — no hesitation at all! To our surprise, she also mentioned that if we signed up as a Smiggle member (free of charge), we’d get an instant 20% discount. That made a huge difference — and made my son's day! Thanks to her kindness and great service, he finally brought home the Vault he’s been dreaming of. Thank you for going the extra mile — it really meant a lot to both of us!
