Ms Esther Ho excellent service with a great attitude and a lot of patience, allowing me to take my time and choose from many different styles. I really appreciate her time and the way she shared insights about jewelry design. Thanks to her, we ended up purchasing the bracelet we had been considering, as well as a safety pendant for my sister’s child. We’ll definitely be back again next time!

Had a really great experience at Chow Tai Fook thanks to Elvis and Terence. They were both super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. You can tell they really care about their customers — they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I was happy with my choices. The service felt genuine and professional, which made the whole visit really pleasant. Big thanks to both of them!

I have always been a loyal customer of Chow Tai Fook and have purchased several pieces from the brand in the past. I genuinely like their designs and had been looking forward to visiting the store today to view a piece I had been considering. However, the experience was disappointing. I walked around the entire store and paused at different showcases, yet no staff approached me or offered any assistance. Although I was properly dressed and showed clear interest, I was completely ignored.It made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. I will not be returning to this store. I hope my experience can provide some reference for other customers.

I was just casually browsing at Chow Tai Fook in ION Singapore when I came across their 故宫系列 (Palace Museum Collection)—and honestly, it completely drew me in. The pieces were not just beautiful, but felt like they carried a story, a sense of heritage. What made the experience even better was the service. Terence, the salesperson who assisted me, was incredibly patient and kind. He took the time to explain the details of each design, never rushed me, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. In the end, I walked away not just with a piece of gold, but with something meaningful—and a really warm memory of the visit. Definitely a place I’d return to for future gifts or even just to browse with a bit of inspiration.

Went into CTF Ion on a Saturday evening and the shop was so busy no sales executive was free to attend to us. It was Ms Venus Chan who noticed and came over to offer her service. In the end, I got my Disney Chip & Dale bracelet which I have been eyeing for an awhile. :3

Incidecent happen at Smiggle Outlet @ Ion Orchard around 28 Sept 2023 approx. 12 noon. There are 2 sales girls. One chinese and one malay. This chinese sales person is very impolite, rude, bad manner and bad attitude. When I ask for the new bag instead of the display one and she replys that you not seeing I am arranging things. Just arranging things can be done after sales done. Whether customer sale is more important than doing arranging goods while have many customer around??? She just really don't care whether she is making any sale or not. She doesn't care at all whether the shop is sustainable or not. I know she ia not the boss and pay damn care whether make any sell or profit or not. Further more she is instructing her colleague don't go and take the bag and serve for us. Very arrogant and I will give her 2 thumb up. To have this kind of staff as a company surely ruin by her behaviour. We already take one bag and request for the 2nd one and enconter this rude chinese sale girl. I am unbelievable as a saleperson whoes doesn't know customer is always priority to serve first or she can just nicely ask her colleague to serve instead. That is a sad for the company. We ask her for help just because she is beside us and nearest to us. I hope the management can take an actiin on it for their own good. Check the CCTV if need so.

The cashier here is very not polite at all and show us a rude gesture, we are customer want to buy dont you treat customer like a beggar!! I just come here on 12.50 asking for the price and discount mention in the section and she treat us not in a good gesture. Not recommended to spend yor money here. I cancelled to buy their product!

the sales clerk serving and also the cashier were angry when asked for the discount they gave, because the marking of discounted items was irregular, when asked their faces scowled and their high tone gave them to explain. May be you muat training your employee to talk and serve more nicely
