I had such a wonderful experience with Julie Chen during my recent visit. I initially dropped by just to remove my Cartier bracelet, but she went above and beyond—offering to help with a complimentary shine service and even expedited it as I was in a rush. She was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, even offering me a drink while I waited. Julie truly made the whole experience smooth and pleasant.

It was a very pleasant and memorable experience. Ms Kah Mun has made my purchase a delightful one. She has assisted above and beyond every expectation, answering every query I had about the timepiece. Though my selection is on the lower price range, Kah Mun didn’t make me feel basic. I was treated as how a luxury brand should treat every customer. Nothing felt rushed but very comfortable instead. No hard selling and she assured me that the timepiece I chose was the one I was looking for. She shared her opinion and wisdom since this was a gift for my mum and I’m glad to say, my mum was overjoyed with it!

My hubby and I visited Cartier ion yesterday and was served by my SA, Carmen whom I made an appointment with. It was a truly pleasant experience as always at Cartier and Carmen absolutely made us feel at home. She’s very patient, never rushing me to make a decision as she laid forward the few variations of the Trinity necklaces and bracelets that I was looking at this time. When I was undecided on which to get, she gave me some good insights and advice. Every request of mine was met like requesting for the travel pouch, care kit and having my red box embossed. When we casually mentioned that our wedding rings were also Cartier’s, she had her colleague, William cleaned them for us- all without any impatience or disgruntled expression. Kudos to William for helping us do such a great cleaning job! We joked that our love wedding rings shone and looked exactly like what we have gotten from the boutique 14 years ago. Did I also mention that we were promptly served with drinks a few moments we settled down? This is exceptional service- attending to the needs of customers without being asked. In the end, I got a few items and I will be back at Cartier ion to look for Carmen again. As what Carmen mentioned, Cartier pieces are not just jewellery pieces but heirlooms to be passed down! I can’t agree more with her.

During my vacation in Singapore I visited Cartier ION Orchard to look at a Love Ring. Had the pleasure to meet Kenneth, who helped me very well. Since I wasn’t sure about the size because I came in the evening (swollen fingers) he reserved the ring for me for the next day, so I could check again in the morning. All confirmed by text, very professional! The next morning when I came I had the pleasure to meet Julie. She also helped me very well and nothing was too much. I recommend both Kenneth as Julie as your Client Advisor, both knew what I was looking for and did a wonderful job! Thank you for the lovely experience :)

I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received from Miss Eileen Tan at the Cartier Boutique, ION location, on 12 June, 2025. Eileen handled my watch service case after taking over from a colleague. She consistently provided updates on the progress and demonstrated a humble, apologetic, and highly professional demeanour throughout. Commendably, even when absent, she ensured seamless follow-up by a colleague. Upon collecting my watch on 12 June 2025, Eileen was incredibly helpful, polite, and thoroughly professional during our visit. Her composure and poise were evident in all her presentations, and her product knowledge was likewise superior. She offered valuable advice and suggestions, which was particularly impressive. I believe her prior coursework has significantly contributed to this capability. I expect to hear about Eileen's continued success within your organization and encourage favorable review of her job performance.

I visited Cartier @ ION Orchard to shop for a birthday present for my wife and was served by Ms Paris Hoe. Birthday gift shopping was never easy for me however she makes the experience exceptionally pleasant with her warm, friendly and practical recommendation in helping me to decide on the gift. She is patient and takes her time to find out what my wife's preferences and dislikes before recommending. For those people who have the same difficulties in choosing a birthday gift like me, I will definitely recommend for you to look for Ms Paris Hoe.

His service was truly outstanding — from the moment I stepped in, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful in guiding me through the process of selecting my Cartier Santos for my wedding day. I visited the Ion Orchard Road store on 01/03/2025 and was pleasantly surprised. No appointment required and was able to walk right in. I was assisted by Vernon Wong. I came in with the intention to browse but ended up purchasing the love white gold bracelet. Vernon was patient and did not have a hard sales pitch - making the experience more comfortable. I wanted to get the red bracelet box embossed and was advised that this wasn’t possible due to the size of the box. Vernon swapped the bracelet into a watch box and was able to get my initials embossed as requested. Thank you for going the extra mile!
