Saw queue the other day and didn't go in. The day we went again, there wasn't any queue and we went in to look for vintage alhambra pendant, it was beautiful piece but a bit small. The magic one was just nice size and also a beautiful piece. The color that we wanted wasn't available at that time. The sales associate was friendly to attend to our queries but not enough engaging. Went to purchase at Ion Orchard outlet instead.

Our visit was overall a wonderful experience. We were served by Ms Eliz, she is very accommodating, patient, warm & informative. She shares her opinions & recommendations. Ms Eliz really pays attention to details, we really appreciate her thoughtfulness & initiative in ensuring us a great first experience. Recommend to look for her!

I wanted to start my collection with VCA and would like to find myself a SA that I will feel comfortable with. Went to Ngee Ann City and Ion to browse before deciding. I met Lizzy on my first visit to Ngee Ann City outlet in October. She was very warm and genuine when I enquire about the products of VCA, particularly the pendent from the Christmas series. On my 2nd visit, she let me try on the different types of materials and stones that is available in store. Even though I left the shop without getting anything as I couldn’t make up my mind yet, she was very patient and not pushy and tells me it is fine. I made my purchase on my next visit after some considerations. Lizzy had shown excellent customer service towards my enquiries and made my experience at VCA a very pleasant, comfortable and happy one! She has truly left me a very good impression of not just her excellent work attitude but also of the brand Van Cleef & Arpels. Keep up the good work, Lizzy!

I always have wonderful experience at Van Cleef & Arpels Takashimaya thanks to Eliz. She is so accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind. I first met her when she helped adjust my bracelet, and since then I’ve only gone back to her for all my visits. Eliz makes every experience special, and I truly recommend her if you’re visiting the boutique.

I had a fantastic experience with Ms Yoke Yin. She was attentive, friendly and genuinely committed to helping me. She took the time to understand my needs, provided clear and helpful information, and made sure every question was answered. What impressed me even more was her follow up. Instead of leaving me to figure things out on my own, she checked back to ensure everything was in place example the delay shipment of the actual color I requested and have myself making the decision to get the other color. It showed a level of care and professionalism that's hard to find these days. Once again I wished to Thanks Ms Yoke Yin on her efforts.🎁
