I had a fantastic experience with Ms Yoke Yin. She was attentive, friendly and genuinely committed to helping me. She took the time to understand my needs, provided clear and helpful information, and made sure every question was answered. What impressed me even more was her follow up. Instead of leaving me to figure things out on my own, she checked back to ensure everything was in place example the delay shipment of the actual color I requested and have myself making the decision to get the other color. It showed a level of care and professionalism that's hard to find these days. Once again I wished to Thanks Ms Yoke Yin on her efforts.๐
