I went to the store for check out some item for my friend’s birthday gift. I was served by a staff called GT. She is very friendly and patient. She recommended me few of the leather goods that I can consider. Even though I’m not buying anything but definitely will come back one day because of her good service.

I had an excellent shopping experience with GT at Salvatore Ferragamo Takashimaya. From the moment I walked in, GT was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable about the products. She took the time to understand my preferences and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. GT’s attention to detail and genuine passion for the brand made the whole experience memorable. She went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable, informed, and completely satisfied with my purchase. It’s rare to meet someone who combines style expertise with such sincere customer care.

I thought I paid for a trustworthy respected brand only to find the bag exposing itself. It started peeling (until which I thought it was leather) & underneath was fabric & not leather!! I was scammed by Selvatore boutique in MBS singapore! I approached them first repair and they didn’t do anything about it. I found it unethical. Beware !

On 21/01/2025 , I visited this store and was trying on clothes in the fitting room when I experienced an appalling breach of privacy. Within one minute, the staff asked twice if there was anyone in the fitting room, and I clearly responded both times to confirm I was inside. Despite this, a staff member had the audacity to peek into the fitting room I was occupying. This behavior is absolutely unacceptable, deeply disrespectful, and shows a complete disregard for customer privacy. As a paying customer, I expect much higher standards from your store, and this incident has left me feeling humiliated and furious. I demand an explanation and immediate action to ensure this never happens again.

I had a wardrobe malfunction and Natasha from Editors Market came to the rescue! She was incredibly helpful, offering advice on the perfect dress and even steaming it for me. Her customer service went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate it. Every time I visit Editors Market, the team is always friendly and willing to help. Keep up the great work, team!

went on Sunday night 12 Nov at around 8pm and had a good experience, staff were friendly and helpful despite the crowd. saw many reviews here complaining that the staff weren’t so helpful during peak period and i’m guessing these people have never worked in retail before. 😂 if you’re too lazy or unable to take yourself then please be understanding enough to wait for when the crowd subsides. not sure why there are so many bad reviews, i loved this brand since 2014 and will continue to shop here!! also it was my first time at the Takashimaya outlet and its interior is beautiful.

I love shopping here cause the store is aesthetically pleasing to the eyes. The staffs were nice, approachable, and fun to talk with. Whenever you go to Singapore, make sure to visit here!

I had an outstanding experience at this store! The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to assist me with finding exactly what I needed and answered all of my questions with a smile. The store was well-organized, and I felt welcomed from the moment I walked in. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to others!
