I'm absolutely thrilled with this water dispenser! Its sleek and modern design fits seamlessly into my home decor. It doesn't take up much space, which is perfect for my small apartment. The water dispensing speed is incredibly fast. I no longer have to wait ages to quench my thirst. There are multiple temperature options - room - temperature, hot, and warm water, which are great for making tea, coffee, or just drinking directly. The child - lock feature gives me peace of mind with my little one around. The customer service is also top - notch. They responded promptly to my inquiries. Highly recommended!

Alwin was very helpful when I shared that I would like a water filter that doesn’t require drilling. He recommended me one that suits my needs and requirement and knowing that I was in a rush, he could have sold me the alkaline version that was readily available. He noted that I was pregnant, and told me to wait for the new shipment of non-alkaline version, and expedited the delivery to me so it could arrive before my delivery! Great service and I’ll recommend Alwin to anyone who’s looking for a Novita salesperson. He does it from his heart
