I had and still having great experiences over here! Regina was really attentive and especially patient in helping us finding the right bracelet. She explained each items so carefully and allowed me to try on the different items. She was so helpful even till now after the collection :) very approachable too. As it was my first purchase, I felt that I could place all my trust in her! I will recommend looking for her if you are looking for any item from VCA. Thank you Regina!

I would like to express my appreciation for the excellent service provided by both Imen and Kelvin from Van Cleef & Arpels. Imen was the first sales associate who attended to me and she was extremely pleasant and welcoming. She always greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel very comfortable throughout the visit. I initially bought a pendant but later decided to switch, and she was very understanding and accommodating. When Imen went on leave, Kelvin continued to assist me. He was very patient and helped me make a wiser decision on which accessories to choose. He explained the different options clearly and always with a sincere smile. With his professional advice, I eventually chose the 5-motif Mother of Pearl bracelet and earrings to match my current Mother of Pearl pendant. I truly appreciate both Imen and Kelvin for their kind, sincere and professional service. They made the whole experience very pleasant and memorable. I was in Singapore with my husband for a quick 1-day visit and we decided to walk through the Takashimaya shopping center during our afternoon explorations. I’ve been wanting to look at the vintage Alhambra bracelet in onyx, so when we passed by the boutique there and found out we didn’t need an appointment to come in (unlike our home store) I was very excited although nervous. Our SA Hamidah greeted us and immediately put me at ease. She was very, patient, informative, and so helpful. She brought out the onyx bracelet I asked about, but I wasn’t in love with the yellow gold. She then showed me the white gold guilloche bracelet and I fell in love with it. I hadn’t walked in expecting to do more than try on for size, and she let me take my time to think it over before I finally decided to purchase it. I’ve worn it almost every day since. Great SA, great shopping experience.

Entered at 8.45pm on a weekday to try our luck in getting a necklace. To our surprise, there were new stocks for selection. Even though it was near to closing, Nurain and her team handled our purchase professionally and without making us feel like they are rushing to close the shop. She carefully showed us the pieces and offered her experience view on which color is suitable. Really appreciate her assistance for the quick 15mins experience. Thank you!

I took my 2 20 motif necklaces and 5 motif bracelet (worth ~73,000 SGD) to be cleaned at 9pm this evening, and was met with 0 customer service and a rude attitude by the Chinese lady staff serving me. Was not offered a seat, let alone some water or a coffee. I asked her to provide me with a pouch for the items as I did not want to wear them immediately after, to which she replied ‘we don’t provide pouches’. I know this not to be true, having frequented other VCA boutiques in Singapore (MBS, ION), where I am ALWAYS offered a pouch to store the jewelry upon collection. As a luxury boutique, I expect a luxury experience even if I am not buying a new piece at that particular time.

We went to Takashimaya VCA and assisted by a nice lady staff “Hamidah Kasim” she is very friendly and approachable. It was a pleasant visit. Thank you so much for warm welcome! You need this kind of staff. Have a great day ahead!

Horrible experience by the sales named Desmond. No service No smile. Don't even bother to wrap my case into a proper box. Never wore glove when handling my ring. U can check cctv. 21jul24 720pm. Brushed us off like a begger. Just because you're covering for another sa. That doesn't mean u can be so rude.

I used to frequent the Ion outlet, but happened to pop in to the NAC outlet today. I was fortunate to encounter the incredibly delightful Preston, who patiently showcased various designs, offered valuable recommendations, and ultimately won me over. His impeccable customer service ensured I left as a satisfied customer ❤️ Preston sets a high bar that other boutique SAs should aspire to!

Walked into nothing but rudeness at this boutique. Eliz gave me that impression that was not only dismissive but also entirely at odds within the standards of service I expected.
