Been there for few times , just browsing . Few days ago , I walked in and was greeted served by staff named Cassandra Lee . She is friendly , polite and helpful . Knowing that I don’t know much about the brand , she walked me around the shop with enthusiasm. Sharing with me the brand history . I was amazed by that . On TOP of that, she invited me to try on the pump shoes knowing that I liked them . She brought out total in all around 6 pairs of shoes for me to try . In various colours and sizes of course. I didn’t buy anything in the end as I felt that the fit don’t suit me . Cassandra sent me off with a great smile and invited me to come again. Therefore, I would like the management to give Cassandra Lee some form of encouragement for her good service and professionalism .

This is the belt I bought it And poorly made with cheap plastic and it fall off and I found that I will charge to $15 for just glue it or replace buckle $100. This is the service standard of Ferragamo. As you can see this belt buckle with thin layer of glue. Hopefully the company made with better quality next time. I will be my last product buy from this brand.

I have been to this store for a few years. Though my sa changed but service is also good, especially sheryl. She will adapt and introduce to me designs that i like! Ever patient and friendly and after service was as good. Reminding me of mall promotion as well. Her effort to go the extra mile is commendable! Do look for sheryl !
