Renewed package twice. As I like the people here and service is good! Except recently they 2 months reno and two things make me unhappy (management need to take note): 1. Never text or inform Reno is happening at orchard- I came down to notice it’s close for Reno. I texted a few times to book appt with no response so I came down. 2. I returned back to orchard to resume my package… and was verbally informed, price increased and will deduct more credits. Shouldn’t they let me finish using this round of credits before charging more? I find this an unethical way or running business. The min. Is to inform us via email or text there’s a change of fee etc. That’s min. decency.

I had my very first waxing experience today with Jeslyn. I am a very hairy man. She is highly experienced and skilled at waxing multiple areas. She is fast and as painless as possible. She always prepared me well for sensitive areas and it made my first experience so safe and comfortable. I am lucky to try this orchard gateway location and meet such a professional therapist. I can’t wait to go back.

Hello ladies! Was in a big dilemma to choose a waxing parlor and came across their deal on Brazilian 50% off as it was their store opening. And boy how much I enjoy their services. 1. Booking: you don’t have to always call them over the phone. They are so helpful that they help booking your appointment through whatsapp or text too. Totally hassle free and very prompt. 2. Beautiful decor and very clean rooms. Their beds are the most comfortable and I literally doze off during sessions. 3. The ladies are very quick and efficient and ensure that the pain is minimal. 4. WORTH THE MONEY! 5. If it’s your first Brazilian, please try their parlours! You won’t regret. Thank you for your amazing service nude parlours! Happy customer!

I've tried both their laser as well as waxing services and I will recommend both. The facility is very neat and clean. The staff especially Susan is very sweet and she is also quite meticulous in her work.

It used to be a popular haunt during the 80s but ever since Takashimaya open and Robinson moved out, it has been quite quiet. But Metro has always been quite good in that they come out with discounts and the household items are not too bad here.
