I just called up 5 minutes ago, to book for health screening. But the person on the line Mr Seah was the most unhelpful clinic assistance I ever came across. Even didn't told me I need to fast until my wife reminded me and I need to call back to check. HORRIBLE !! and he have the atrocity to argue with me that he had informed me.....

Beware, making a 8.30 appointment doesn't mean you get attendee to at 8.30. instead you'll just be one of 50 people fighting to get in and end up waiting 20 minutes. Don't understand the point of taking reservations like this...

Overcrowded, delayed, and unprofessional service. The packages are not as advertised so despite being there in person, it was better to cancel a booking, after they changed the package info, than to get such an important health checkup done at a place that’s so profiteering and unprofessional.

Popped in on a Saturday an hour before closing time and they fit me in! A great wax, not painful, fast and clean. The staff were friendly too. You also get some complimentary ginger tea when you're done. On the way out they told me I came at a time which qualified for happy hour, so I got my wax at 50% discount! Amazing find! Would definitely recommend 👍

This is a very good place for body waxing. I’ve got Brazilian wax, underarms and legs wax done and the experience has always been excellent. The beautician even takes out the ingrown hairs if you give the permission. Also, the beautician waxes very gently and makes sure you’re not hurt. They also have some post wax lotions and body scrub. You can buy from them as these lotions and scrub also help in hindering the growth of ingrown hairs.

First time here, had such a comforting experience with therapist Nora. She made me feel safe and adviced me on aftercare techniques + skin repairing instructions. Polite and friendly as well, she gave top tier service that any first time customer would want! She also did not hard sell which i reallg appreciate.
