I have recently become a patient and have been very impressed with the professionalism and the efficiency of the specialist clinic along with Dr. James’ very personable approach. He is extremely thorough in explaining the test results with you and does so in a manner that is both understandable and reassuring. To complement the experience he has a supportive team of bright and cheery assistants within the clinic.

Today was my first time visiting this clinic and I am truly impressed by Dr James Ng's professionalism. He was very patient and took the time and trouble to explain the test results to me, pausing occasionally to make sure that I understood him. The clinic's support staff were also pleasant and helpful. The young lady who carried out the eye tests on me explained clearly what each test does and what to expect, putting me at ease. In short I had a very good and positive experience at the clinic today.
