A very disappointing service experience. We had topped up a card for hair coloring, and the earlier services were fairly satisfactory. However, during our last visit, we were told that the card had no balance and was automatically voided. Only after we mentioned reporting to the Singapore Consumers Association did they find the records and realize that some money had indeed not been refunded to us. This is really unacceptable!

A very rough repair technique, similar to the 5-6 SGD haircutting methods in China, yet they charged 35 SGD here. My hair was cut very messily—both sides were trimmed too short, the back looks very uneven, stray hairs were not removed, and there are a few long strands left in my bangs. I recommend another salon: 0521 Hair Salon.

A very bad hairdressing experience. I came to get my hair straightened, and the hairdresser said that they could only do half of my hair. I said that there was no such thing. He said unless I cut off the dry hair at the bottom, he promised my hair would be straight after the treatment. I agreed. He cut my long hair directly above the shoulder. After the treatment, my hair was terrible, not only was it not straight, but there was no hairstyle. They said that it was the problem with the ends of my hair, and it was the hairdresser's suggestion to cut off the hair before the treatment. My hair has been destroyed.

Chanced upon this store from XHS. Xiao long helped me with my perm. Based on my hair length, he introduced me a type of perm that suits me. Very satisfied with their meticulous service. Will definitely visit again.
