Honestly been coming here for years and service just keeps getting worse. They always make their customer wait for so long even with booking. Why taking so many booking then? Will definitely won't come back after my package ends.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but if I could give zero stars, I would. The staff here are extremely rude and lack basic manners, especially Evon. When I asked her a simple question, she rolled her eyes at me. She openly spoke badly about me in Chinese to other customers in the shop, assuming I wouldn’t understand. Is this how you treat customers? I have been a customer since 2022, but after this experience, I will not be renewing my package. The service has gone from bad to worse, and this level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable.

To Nimisski Management, I am writing to express my serious disappointment and concern regarding your recent promotional collaboration with a photography studio called “大师肖像”, which was marketed to your members as member benefit via whatsapp as a $200 portrait session. The entire experience turned out to be highly unpleasant and misleading. The actual photography process was rushed and poorly managed, while the majority of the time was spent waiting and being subjected to aggressive sales pressure. In the end, I was misled into spending a total of $1200 — far from the original $200 promotion that was advertised. More troubling is the fact that this studio has no Google presence, raising legitimate concerns about its credibility. It leads me to question whether Nimisski has a commission-based partnership with this studio, as the referral appears far from neutral or in good faith. As a long-time customer, I find it deeply unethical for a reputable fashion brand like Nimisski to associate with such dubious practices. You have not only lost my trust, but also risk damaging your brand by enabling this kind of manipulative sales tactic under the pretext of a “member benefit.” I sincerely urge your management to review this partnership immediately, and to take accountability for your role in this misleading promotion. At the very least, you owe your customers a clear explanation and commitment to ethical business conduct.

Dresses are a bit on the pricier side, around $200-$400, but that’s reasonable considering they are made in house by local designers! Also, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The designs are classy, have nice cuts and very beautiful. Would definitely reccomend if you’re looking for well-made pieces😊😊😊 …

Extremely hard selling & the shop staff make you feel bad if you don’t buy. Their prices are not fixed at all. They can even go as low as giving you half price lol

That a guy gives a positive review on a girl's boutique says a lot. Nimisski is a modern boutique with nice decor and attractive dresses. They have cheerful and helpful customer service by staff like Luna/Liuya. Better yet if the enthusiastic and bubbly Niki also attends to your wife. She's the founder-designer boss. Finally, after visiting many other boutiques, my wife found a nice fitting dress with great fabric that's good for both either day or dinner events.
