I’ve been a member at Fitness First Singapore for close to 20 years, and this gym truly feels like a second home to me. From the wide variety of group classes to the excellent facilities, it’s always been a place where I look forward to training. The staff here deserve special mention—they are always welcoming, attentive, and ready to help. In particular, Sara at the front desk has consistently gone above and beyond with her warm smile and friendly service, making every visit start on a positive note. What makes this gym extra special is not just the team, but also the members. There’s a strong sense of community here—everyone is friendly, respectful, and supportive, which creates such an encouraging environment to work out in. After nearly two decades, I can confidently say Fitness First has maintained high standards while continually improving, and I’m grateful to be part of this community. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a gym that combines professionalism with a welcoming, family-like atmosphere.

After years away from the gym, lost in the busyness of life and career, I reached a low point. I was feeling dull, down, and unhappy with my physical self. That's when I decided to make a change and started training with Yi Xue at Paragon Gym. He is a phenomenal trainer—seriously dedicated to pushing me beyond my perceived limits every single session. (And yes, the fact that he's very good-looking was some great extra motivation to show up!) The results after just over two months have been incredible: · Lost over 3kg in weight · Gained 2kg of muscle mass · Lost 1.5kg of body fat I'm stronger, more agile, and frankly, I look freaking good in my clothes again! I cannot recommend Yi Xue highly enough. If you're at Paragon Gym and looking for a trainer who gets results, he's your guy. I have attached some before & after photos so u all can see the difference!

The new contract cleaners now is change much more better than the old one. Their v hardworking v clean like hotel standard. All the,male n female toilets v clean. Super v good v well done 👏 ✔️ 👍 😀 🙌 👌 fitness first should compliment all the workers. The water v good always refill at the pantry n equipment v clean. V well done Super. All counter staffs also v polite n helpful

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I signed up for my gym membership today and had such a great experience! Patrick ~ the service consultant, was super friendly, helpful, and explained everything about the membership and facilities in detail. The front desk team was also really nice and welcoming. The highlight of my visit was meeting my very first personal trainer, Alfred ~ recommended by my friend. He’s incredibly professional, patient, and attentive. Since it was my first workout, he constantly checked to make sure I was feeling okay and not dizzy or uncomfortable. I’d give him a full 100/100! Thank you to the whole team — I’m really excited to start my fitness journey here! 💪😊

I would like to sincerely compliment the Les Mills Dance / BodyJam trainer, Mr Ryan Ong (Fitness First Paragon) for his excellent training that makes every session an enjoyable one. He is an all-rounder : - Sharp and energetic dance moves - Strong engagement with participants - Clear coaching - Good vibes (Dynamic, Positive) A good workout and learning of dance moves are my objectives of participating in dance fitness classes, and I am glad that Fitness First Paragon has Ryan to coach us in the fitness journey. Ryan is indeed outstanding and deserves to be highlighted for his strong performance. Looking forward to attending more of his classes. Thank you ! Fitness First Paragon is an impressive gym, spacious, well maintained, and equipped with a wide range of machines that cater to every kind of workout. What makes it even better is the welcoming atmosphere created by staff like Victor. He’s always friendly and approachable, taking the time to check in whenever he sees me in the gym. His genuine warmth and professionalism make every visit a pleasant experience. It’s refreshing to train in a place that not only has top tier facilities but also staff who truly make members feel comfortable and valued.

I have been with Fitness First for 16-17 years by now. The key thing I feel is the gym don't really do much for long timer members with the gym so loyalty does not really work here per se. However, I must commend in the case of Fitness First Paragon FOH staff like Lany, Sara, Neesha, their cheerful disposition & warm hospitality always makes a huge difference to members whenever we check in to the gym! They are always willing to help you out if you have any issues & at times like Sara, will even go beyond the call of duty if necessary! The new spin studio is so much better now in terms of aesthetics, though the air-conditioning in the studio still needs to be improved! Really enjoyed those awesome extra spin activities like the 2hrs or 3hrs marathon etc...we totally enjoyed the adrenalin & satisfaction derived from these ad-hoc events, not forgetting a huge shout-out to the instructors delivering these classes like Alan, Mitch & Jia Yan! FF should consider more of these sessions! Kudos to the FF team on the whole in making efforts to improve the gym ambience for members especially during some of these key festive events, I totally enjoy seeing how the FOH team decorate up the gym to the theme!!! All these efforts are all well taken in & appreciated!!! Onwards & Upwards Fitness First!!!

Horrible customer experience at Bose when we visited last weekday. It was an empty showroom and for possibly ready to drop a few grand on the home theatre system - the experience we had left us flabbergasted. Hardly post bad reviews but this was sooo bad I had to. • wanted to a demo of the home theatre system and had some questions about how sound will be like on movies + music • was told none was available • staff servicing us couldnt wait for us to finish our question and interrupted with ‘no i understand what you are looking for but we dont have anything like that’; seemingly frustrated about our asks • we wanted to continue understanding the system and its tuning and controls, we had to take over the ipad controls as he couldnt give us a proper demo on tuning the different features such as bass etc • we looked at the bluetooth speakers and asked if they hve any recommendations for the type of stand customers typically used • again before he could answer my question; he interrupted and said no. • the other colleagues just stood and watch the painful 20mins ordeal We walked away feeling like we were not wanted at the store and this Bose showroom provides nothing except for hardware sitting on a few nice looking table top. The upside is that Bose do have a good system. The downside is that; if you decide to have a showroom; then please either equip your retail reps effectively or dont. If they lack knowledge, at least make up with a friendly personality. We might as well google online if we didnt want a good retail and demo experience. If all the previous bad reviews didnt prompt you to do anything, then a good customer experience isnt important to you - why bother having a shop front?

My husband and I went into the showroom at Paragon intending to purchase a headphone. Ivan, who served us, was very patient and very accommodating to our needs, helping us come to a decision on the product to purchase. Kudos to his great service! If you're looking for some advise regarding Bose, do look for him.
