I have been a patient in Dr Yuen clinic for three years now, starting from basic botox then expanding to under eye fillers and masseter botox following Doctor’s advice as she guided me through my journey. I cannot recommend Doctor Yuen more to all people who need professional advice on how to navigate in the endless lists of available treatments in other clinics. Dr Yuen has always given targeted advices, discouraging popular treatments which wouldn’t work in my specific case Every time the effects are stunning and utterly natural, with other people finding it hard to believe I actually do those procedures! Professionalism of Dr Yuen is unparalleled and skills with which she performs treatments makes it a real pleasure

Dr. Yuen is the absolute best and her clinic staff (YY and team) the nicest and most professional. My sensitive skin with rosacea and eczema is much improved after the doctor’s treatment plans, and the comfort from having “normal” and healthy skin is beyond priceless. I look forward to continuing my good skin journey with Dr. Yuen and her team!

I have had problematic, red and sensitive skin for many years which GPs though it was eczema , but when I saw Dr Yuen , diagnosed me with Rosacea. She explained to me in detail that i needed to do a course of Vascular Laser treatment , and prescribed me skincare from her personal line. After a few treatments,my skin has never looked or felt better! No doubt expensive but worth every cent. Her clinic is a clam oasis , and her staff are polite, caring and efficient . Very much appreciate the help I got from the whole team . Well done Dr Yuen!! 👍👍

I started treatment for my acne issues with Dr Yuen since 2017 and not only did my skin improve, i’ve became much more confident. She is very professional and detailed in explaining the treatments recommended for my condition and her own line of skin care is also very effective for acne prone skin, i have not switched brands since. Highly recommended for anyone who is struggling with skin issues and hope to see effective results.

I was a hopelessly frustrated victim of multiple cystic acne, and no amount of products I used were helping. Visiting this clinic is the single best decision I’ve made this year by no means of exaggeration. Dr Yuen was professional, empathetic and extremely competent in her field. I started seeing results after my first consultation and I have been religiously following her advice ever since. The nurses are also welcoming, kind and genuine in their services. Shoutout to Michelle for her ever so selfless and warm approach. Patient in giving advices and humorous in engagement, visiting the clinic quickly became my favourite past time. For anyone who is on the fence whether to visit this clinic, trust me and take the leap of faith. You wont regret it.

Dr. Yuen was very detailed, looking at my face structure and skin condition before recommending a step by step treatment plan. There was good interaction and she answered my questions patiently and gave a lot of good information. Doing procedure, she was also meticulous and taking time to stop and check my condition. I love her skincare range which helped my troubled skin, especially the sunscreen which has a great texture and perfect for wearing under makeup!

My good friend recommended me to Dr Yuen. I told Dr Yuen the problem that was bothering me for years that is my eye bag. Dr Yuen listen to my concern patiently and told me how she can help me to look younger and more refreshed. The filler and botox injections result is amazing. I literally look 10 years younger. I love looking myself in the mirror nowadays cos my eye bag was gone and my face shape was more sculpted . I also tried the Elos Plus laser which help to rejuvenate my skin. My pores size is smaller and skin look brighter and lifted. I will definitely recommend friends to come to Dr Yuen for treatment. The staff there is also very friendly and patient.

I have been with Dr Yuen for about a couple years and have seen great results on my skin. In late April I went to a new aesthetic clinic before going on a trip. I went to this clinic was because they were absorbing GST and it’s cheaper. I did hydro facial there and sadly got this therapist who was doing the extraction on my nose, spending majority of the time on extracting my nose and it was very painful! She said that it will go away after a few hours. The next day, it was still red and my skin was peeling! After I came back from my vacation and went back to Dr Yuen clinic. The minute when I took off my mask, my regular therapist Yoke Ping and Dr Yuen, both of them noticed that there was a wound there. She gave me a cream to help with the wound and redness. All the therapists in Dr Yuen clinic are skillful and well trained and I see improvement on my skin now when I did the hydro facial with them. I have learnt my lesson and won't be back to that aesthetics clinic again.

I recently visited Dr. Yuen and, unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience. She didn’t take the time to ask about my skincare routine or the products I was already using, which I found quite concerning. Instead of discussing my concerns in detail, she immediately prescribed a list of medicines to purchase directly from her, along with several therapy sessions. It felt very impersonal, as if she follows the same approach for everyone, rather than tailoring her recommendations to each patient’s needs. Overall, it came across as more of a money-making scheme than genuine medical care. I would not recommend her services.

Dr. Patricia was highly knowledgeable and honest about my hair condition during my initial consultation. She recommended the AHS treatment, along with oral medication and minoxidil application. Nurse Yen Yee consistently provides my AHS treatments with great care each week and shares great tips on how to care for my hair. I was amazed and thrilled to see significant baby hair growth, making my hair look fuller. I’m truly grateful to both Dr. Patricia and Nurse Yen Yee for helping me regain my confidence!
