Went to check out the ceiling speaker and the guy was extremely clueless and unsure. He also seemed annoyed when we wanted to listen to the in house experience. The “experience area” was so dirty and dark. Pls do better! You guys are located at paragon for heaven sake!

Horrible customer experience at Bose when we visited last weekday. It was an empty showroom and for possibly ready to drop a few grand on the home theatre system - the experience we had left us flabbergasted. Hardly post bad reviews but this was sooo bad I had to.
• wanted to a demo of the home theatre system and had some questions about how sound will be like on movies + music
• was told none was available
• staff servicing us couldnt wait for us to finish our question and interrupted with ‘no i understand what you are looking for but we dont have anything like that’; seemingly frustrated about our asks
• we wanted to continue understanding the system and its tuning and controls, we had to take over the ipad controls as he couldnt give us a proper demo on tuning the different features such as bass etc
• we looked at the bluetooth speakers and asked if they hve any recommendations for the type of stand customers typically used
• again before he could answer my question; he interrupted and said no.
• the other colleagues just stood and watch the painful 20mins ordeal
We walked away feeling like we were not wanted at the store and this Bose showroom provides nothing except for hardware sitting on a few nice looking table top.
The upside is that Bose do have a good system. The downside is that; if you decide to have a showroom; then please either equip your retail reps effectively or dont. If they lack knowledge, at least make up with a friendly personality. We might as well google online if we didnt want a good retail and demo experience. If all the previous bad reviews didnt prompt you to do anything, then a good customer experience isnt important to you - why bother having a shop front?

Had a great experience purchasing Bose QuietComfort Earbuds from Bose Paragon. First got to know of the earbuds from Prem at Tangs who shared his purchase decision with me. As I forgot to bring my Tangs vouchers that day, I went to Paragon on new year's eve to get the earbuds. That's where I met Benjamin who was really patient and kind in supporting me on the colour and payment selection. Prem and Ben, you've made Bose earbuds good already, even before I tested! I wanted to thank the staff named Gino who went the extra mile for me. I was gifted a pair of my QC Earbuds some time ago, and the charging pins had malfunctioned, and I wanted to change it under warranty if possible. But my friend had already misplaced the receipt and wasn't sure which outlet they went to. I anxiously called this outlet and was assisted by a friendly person named Gino; telling him these details. He very kindly told me that he could help check it out in the system for a receipt. Few minutes later he called back and he found the digital receipt for me. He really went the extra mile, and the outlet that my friend bought the earbuds from, wasn't even this outlet in the end. I'm really thankful for his help - throughout the whole process he was very very much courteous, warm and very helpful.

He solved a tricky technical problem with my speakers at home that I could not fix myself, and he did it with such friendliness and professionalism. Prem also took the time to walk me and my family through the latest products, making the visit both helpful and enjoyable.
