Visited the shop because my belt buckle was damaged due to poor quality the pin fell off while I was wearing it. I was attended to by a Chinese lady who checked and said it was not repairable, and that I needed to buy a new buckle for $100. She promised to call me once the buckle arrived. Two weeks later, no news. I walked in again and was attended to by an Indian guy. He checked and claimed there was no record, then asked who had served me previously. He took my number and promised to WhatsApp me, but that never happened. Worst after-sales service. If you guys only want sales and are not willing to provide proper customer service, just say so instead of giving empty promises.
