We were Xmas shopping yesterday and spotted viviaia having a sale! The satin ballerinas were on sale! Last few shoes left. Staff Nancy , hope that’s her name as it was on the receipt (brown short hair) who was on duty, was very polite, sociable and efficient, upon finding out that there was no stock, she called the other outlets to help us reserve the shoes from the Bugis outlet. She was very patient when we took a while to decide which colour to get and was super helpful giving us tips on how to style our new shoes. Her friendly and bubbly nature made us feel very welcome despite the crowds and the busy store. 10/10 hope to see her again. Thank you Nancy ❤️

Always enjoy shopping at Vivaia Wisma Atria branch. The staffs are all very helpful, friendly and patient. They are also cooperative. Liera, especially, attended to my sisters and i with great professionalism and enthusiasm. We love the shopping experience.

Great range of earrings, necklaces and rings to choose from, yet easy to form sets of the same design. Nicole was very helpful in recommending the designs that would be suitable for the recipients i had in mind. She was attentive, patiently answered all my queries while allowing me to take my time to browse.

I went in to browse and was warmly greeted by one of the sales assistants, April. She was incredibly helpful, assisting me with selecting and trying on items while also recommending some designs. I really appreciate her patience and accommodating approach.

Was at Wisma outlet & staff Shafika was really helpful & friendly. She dispensed advice when I told her I needed to get gifts for 8 gals. I spent 1.5hrs in the store & left with my happy purchase! Thank you for the pleasant experience.
