It is a very good cordial invitation to view the new collection and designs from Prada Patgon by Ms Gemma who is a manager. A very lively personality woman who provides service excellence to her clients on dressing them up to the style, I am so happy and feel blessed to have a great sales person who builds such great relationship with me... and anybody who wishes to look for iconic timeless stuff in Prada should ask for her...love her remarkable service and great patience with me

The Dutch Baby Pancake was a unique item off the menu. The fluffy pancake was served with Parma Ham which paired well. The cheese fries were a delight. The squid ink aioli was a special condiment which went well with the shoestring fries. A nice cafe to spend an afternoon in.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant thanks to Miss Hailey’s outstanding service. From the moment we walked in, she greeted us warmly and made sure we felt welcome. Throughout the meal, she was attentive without being intrusive, checking in at just the right moments. Miss Hailey was knowledgeable about the menu, gave great recommendations, and made sure any special requests were handled smoothly. Her friendly attitude and genuine care really elevated our dining experience. Thank you, Miss Hailey, for making our visit so pleasant — we’ll definitely be back!❤️

recently visited The Providore and had a really pleasant experience overall. The atmosphere was warm, stylish, and inviting — perfect for a relaxed brunch or casual meeting. The café has a clean, modern aesthetic with plenty of natural light and a calm vibe that makes it easy to unwind. The food was fresh and beautifully presented. I ordered the all-day breakfast and a flat white, both of which were delicious. The ingredients tasted high-quality and thoughtfully sourced, which really fits with Providore’s focus on artisanal and wholesome dining. The coffee was smooth and well-balanced — definitely one of the better cups I’ve had in a café setting. Service was attentive and friendly without being intrusive. Staff were quick to clear tables and check in occasionally, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Prices are on the slightly higher side, but given the quality, it feels justified.

Love this restaurant and conveniently located just in front of escalator leading up to Level 2 from the street. Serve contemporary menu. Ideal place to have a coffee, light bites or full meal. Ambience good for gathering or to chill. They occupied various shoplots across a corridor. Have outdoor seating (partially sheltered) as well.

Coffee was good however the sandwich had so much butter I wanted to throw up. They buttered thick slabs on both sides making my stomach really upset afterwards I couldn’t stomach it. Waiter didn’t even help or anything when told and didn’t even get water until after the meal.

We had a very good snack here at The Providore while waiting for an appointment. This is our second time returning to this restaurant since our last trip to Singapore about a year ago. They use very good beef in their burgers and their burgers were cooked perfectly. Our server Eezy was charming and very attentive to our needs.

Had a wonderful experience at The Providore (Mandarin Gallery). The food was fresh and flavorful, especially the pastries which were absolutely delightful 🥐. The service staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel very welcome. The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, perfect for brunch or a casual catch-up ☕✨. Definitely one of my favourite spots in town — highly recommended!

I went on a Saturday night around 8 plus for a beverage and small bite, to relax and chat with my friend. Please, do not play loud and fast paced dance music. It was house music or techno. For a nice atmosphere to relax, ended up making it into a stressful environment because of the fast beat dance music. How about some vintage crooner music, or jazz, or Lo-Fi. Don't play dance music!

I frequent the place quite often. Service is always pleasant and tonight Eezy was attentive as usual The restaurant's concept has changed under the new management. I'm not sure how that will evolve over time. The Set Dinner was good value at $99 for 2 pax. One thing i miss is the ice cream sandwich dessert. Please bring it back.
