The store has great sale going on and the staff person was very helpful with the shoe sizes. The staff person also gave insightful recommendations to us as well as helping out on the tax refund for tourist.

Staff at skechers are generally friendly and helpful. But the one at paragon branch is by far the best I've even come across. Especially the young man, who went the extra mile to get the pair of sandals for me. Really appreciate his dedicated and warm service. Please keep it up!

Shirley Paragon staff was so helpful and patient with me .A smiling personality.pleasure to be assisted by her

The sale person on March 16 afternoon named Shirley is super rude and want to chase every customer away. If you don't feel happy working here - please try somewhere else

The staff, Shirley Ruiz provided a very good service and friendly.

The two Malay staffs on duty as salesman were at extreme dedication spirit in their job. They gave well advice and it seems they are very well verse on it. Great job

Great, professional and patient service from Shirley and Nashrul. Both were very helpful and gave us good recommendations on which shoes to choose.

Shirley from paragon can assist us well, very friendly and can accommodate us well😊 …

Terrible customer service and arrogant. Last rolled her eyes when my sister was asking for colour options for the bags. Such a difference from the MBS shop.
