I’ve been a fan of mi the salon and some of their hair specialists for 2 years now. The staff is always smiling and ready to transform you ! What I loved was Michelle Ho even modified my color on a couple of occasions when the highlights seemed too pale for my complexion. Although hair salons are expensive and Mi is no exception the service keeps me coming back :)

Bright and relatively spacious environment; you get served drinks and biscuits when you arrive. I was even offered green bean soup today! It does get busy in the afternoon on weekends so it is always better to get a morning time slot if you want to avoid the crowd (and associated noise). However, I must say that Ymond did a good job in colouring and cutting my hair, i am impressed with the shades of ashy-blue! Usually I will give him an idea of what I want and he tweaks it into something surprising. I also got the shampoo meant for ash coloured hair, hopefully it'll help to prolong the pretty colours!

Worst boutique ever with terrible services and putting a fake booth campaign to force people sign up as their member. Do not be tricked!!!

Ms Elsa was very helpful and efficient in her service. Longchamp @ Paragon has friendly staff and a pleasant ambience. Would love to come back. Thank you.

Had a very good experience with the staffs here today. Was helping my friend to check on some prices and the staffs here were very accommodating and not pushy at all, no hard selling. Thanks to Azif, Fazim and Aziela.

Recommend to pay Senior Stylist Machi a visit! She has been taking care of my hair since I came to Singapore in 2017, and I followed her from the Salon at Bugis to the current one at ION Orchard. I’m amazed by her talent, service-mind and work moral. Its inspiring to see how she loves her job and is always up for a challenge. The main reason why I keep coming back is because she is able to pay attention and listening to what YOU want, and she knows how to achieve it. Pricey salon, but she delivers every time and give good advice for home-care. Especially great at dealing with caucasian hair; she helped me with colouring, treatment, cutting and styling! I’ve been a frequent customer with Mi Salon’s Ivan for the past one and a half year and I would say my experience so far has been amazing. He provides very professional consultation and listens to my request attentively. I always walks out of the salon with what i expected and my hair hasn’t been as healthy as it is now.
