Went to MK at orchard at about 9+pm on 21/12/25 and it was fairly crowded with other customers and there was only 3 staffs on the ground. My husband and I wanted to make our purchase which was attended to by a staff named Syukri who was so kind and even though he was occupied with other customers, running back and forth attending to everyone, he was professional and did his best to assist us up until we made our purchase and even open the door for us when we were leaving the store. Would like to praise him for his kindness and professionalism and also for being sincere in his line of work. Thank you Syukri for making our trip to MK orchard a great one. We left the store feeling grateful and satisfied with the customer service provided. Keep it up!

I bought a Michael Kors bag from Mandarin Gallery as a birthday gift, and the experience was great. The store had a clean, welcoming vibe, and I was helped by Moon, who was friendly, patient, and gave excellent advice. She made it easy to find the perfect bag. It was beautifully packaged, and the birthday girl loved it! Highly recommend this store for both gifts and personal shopping.

I’ve been a fan of mi the salon and some of their hair specialists for 2 years now. The staff is always smiling and ready to transform you ! What I loved was Michelle Ho even modified my color on a couple of occasions when the highlights seemed too pale for my complexion. Although hair salons are expensive and Mi is no exception the service keeps me coming back :)

Frankly speaking the quality and service have dropped drastically since my last visit. It has also become ridiculously expensive. I paid $775 for a cut and perm. Which honestly the outcome of my perm did not justify the price even one bit. You could definitely get the same perm outcome (or even better) at a fraction of the price at other trending hair salons and also get a more attentive stylist. My whole visit took 6.5hrs which is crazily long. I was assigned a hair stylist but he only attended to me for the hair cut and only did "2 to 3 perm rolls" of my hair. Most of the time, he was attending to the other 2 customers. Everything else was attended by other stylists which concerned me as I do not know if they even know what style I was going for as I only spoke to the main stylist. Moreover, there was 1 episode during my visit which I felt was unprofessional and borderline rude. One of the staff mistakenly called another customer with my name (probably the staff remember my name when I was at the counter to register my appointment). Afterwhich, that customer appeared quite ticked off and to lighten the tense atmosphere, the employees keep jokingly called each other with "Samantha" (which was my name). Honestly at that point, it really cement my decision to not patronised the salon ever again. To new customers, pls feel free to take the time to read the other reviews at other sites (not Google) as there are some that are positive too as I had a good experience for the past 2 years. But it was sadly disappointing this time round.

Worst experience ever. Stay away from this salon. Not professional the stylist (Allen Lee) I saw completely lied to me stating he used a toner on my hair -when I showed another stylist at another salon for a second opinion they said it wasn’t hair toner he’s used it’s semi permenant dye. I complained that it looked so dark when all I asked for was a toner when I went to the salon. After the appointment I said I felt it was too dark- he said after two weeks of washing it will wash out. Two weeks later it was still extremely dark. I had to keep calling back several times just to get a response as Allenlee the lead stylist refused to message me back or return my calls, I insisted to speak with him and explained -another stylist is fixing my hair so i needed to know which product he had used - he at last admitted he had used semi permanent dye, no remorse or apologies absolutely appalling service. I do wonder if I had never visited another stylist he would have led me believe he had put a toner on my hair and I would have never questioned him. My complaint /distress was managed very badly. I feel Allen took complete advantage of my position as a customer and disappointed with his dishonesty. Picture on left -is after Allen’s treatment picture on right my hair before treatment. Before definately looked better. I asked for a refund and he refused to give it worst thing about this all is he didn’t even feel bad for ruining my hair and didn’t once apologise for it or for lying to me about what he had used on my hair. The picture below says everything about his skills. Appalling behaviour and probably worst experience of visiting a salon ever. If you make a mistake or lie at least one should own up to it and start with an apology. I will taking this complaint further my messaging the director directly. There’s no way any stylist should get away with lying to clients.
