Worst experience ever. Stay away from this salon. Not professional the stylist (Allen Lee) I saw completely lied to me stating he used a toner on my hair -when I showed another stylist at another salon for a second opinion they said it wasn’t hair toner he’s used it’s semi permenant dye. I complained that it looked so dark when all I asked for was a toner when I went to the salon. After the appointment I said I felt it was too dark- he said after two weeks of washing it will wash out. Two weeks later it was still extremely dark. I had to keep calling back several times just to get a response as Allenlee the lead stylist refused to message me back or return my calls, I insisted to speak with him and explained -another stylist is fixing my hair so i needed to know which product he had used - he at last admitted he had used semi permanent dye, no remorse or apologies absolutely appalling service. I do wonder if I had never visited another stylist he would have led me believe he had put a toner on my hair and I would have never questioned him. My complaint /distress was managed very badly. I feel Allen took complete advantage of my position as a customer and disappointed with his dishonesty. Picture on left -is after Allen’s treatment picture on right my hair before treatment. I asked for a refund and he refused to give it worst thing about this all is he didn’t even feel bad for ruining my hair and didn’t once apologise for it or for lying to me about what he had used on my hair. The picture below says everything about his skills. Appalling behaviour and probably worst experience of visiting a salon ever. If you make a mistake or lie at least one should own up to it and start with an apology. I will taking this complaint further my messaging the director directly. There’s no way any stylist should get away with lying to clients.
