Great experience at Balenciaga store. It was very crowded because of launching the new collection, media, customers, but I did not feel unwelcome there. I had all attention what I needed. Jonathan is amazing and helpful consultant.

Came in the other day just as the store was about to close (I didn't know until after) and approached one of the sales advisors if he could how me an item I had seen online. He was wearing spectacles and looks like he's in his late 30s, seemed extremely annoyed that he had to serve me - mind you, if you didn't want to do so just say that item is unavailable so I could leave instead of giving subpar service with a sourpuss look on your face which made me not want to purchase anything. Do better uncle.

Just purchased my gorgeous Balenciaga bag from Paragon. The service was top-notch. Big thanks to Orchid, Farhan, and Edmund. They were super helpful and made the experience so smooth . Highly recommend checking them out if you're looking for a Balenciaga bag with superb service.

This is my nth time having this. Having tried all the soups, I can safely conclude that my favourite is the tomato soup and I keep going back for more. My taste buds are satisfied. Fish is so fresh. The spicy one is amazing too, but not for non-spicy eaters. The set comes with rice. Waiting time is around 10 minutes. There is a private seating area for patrons, but during the peak hours it gets full, patrons can sit outside in the main area instead.

Was at Wisma's branch and Ordered 3 of their signature flavours of Spicy Poached 水煮, Sauerkraut 酸菜 & Collagen 胶原白汤. My cllge was saying she loves this and how nice it is. Fresh seafood for sure but i felt the fish slices was way too thin. My bowl was approx $17+ so i do have slight expectations for this price. Overall soup was good and thats about it for me. Prep between 15-25 mins of waiting time as each bowl is prep upon ordered. Fresh food does takes time for sure so do come with this in mind.
