Kiehl is doing an extremely bad job in their PR and many customers have left as a result. Some of their products did not live up to my expectations. It’s a wake up call to replace Kiehl management team. I’m switching to other brands.

Come to collect the sample which I signed up from marketing team, just would like to try their service, no surprising, they totally giving the “black face” and not interested in serving you. When I ask about the product, she just mentioned this is what you signed up! Ok then, I walk around and see the product she not interested to serve me even there is no customer in the store, just serve me after 3mins.

Visited ion store and was looking and trying out their testers. One of your staff megan came over with a very rude tone and face asking if i need any help. Very rude. I see her face and tone i decided not to buy.

Alicia is professional and attentive to our needs. She assessed our skin concerns and recommended the necessary from the very wide range of kiehl’s products. The store underwent a makeover and is spacious and very conducive to browsing. Highly recommended shopping experience.

On 11 May , I recvd a msg of my voucher expiring soon . Walked into Isetan khiel store around noon time . Was greeted by one of the sales staff . However, her attitude changed when I asked about the current promotion . She literally had her back against me when I was browsing the items making no effort to offer any service . Very pissed off by her attitude n walked out . Saw past monthly reviews n majority customers share bad rating for khiel KILL service .

I bought a luggage in the US and unfortunately a wheel came off somehow. I called repaired and they directed me to this store. I came with a lot of anger tbh, but Eden, the store manager, really went all out his way to help me out on getting the best solution so that it won’t affect my travel plans. I am very pleased with and appreciated of his great attitude and effectiveness. I would come back for more Tumi products in this store just because of this! Love it!

I bought the Alpha Garment 2 yrs ago and yesterday I wanted to buy another Alpha to match. I was served by Annie at Ion Tumi; good service, explained well and was v patience. I bought the Tumi McLaren instead. Loving it.

Excellent customer service from Sweet! Had bought a Tumi backpack from an outlet store, and had come to ION to get it monogrammed. Both name plate and luggage tag done perfectly, and when she learnt it was a gift, she provided a proper dust bag, gift box and gift card without hesitation.
