Very poor service despite being not crowded at all. My friend and I walked in but the SA with the septum piercing only serviced my friend. Showed her a bra I wanted & without even attempting to sift through the shelves, immediately said it's not available. Walked past 3 SAs who were chit-chatting near the lingerie display, none bothered to approach for service. Very disappointing.

Batrisyia was very helpful in assisting me with my shopping experience. She showed me different options and helped me decide on my preferences in deciding which type of underwear to get. When I was sent in for fitting of bras, I was assisted by Jiha who made the experience very comfortable. She made me feel safe and helped me settle on which bra to get. Thank you!

Irah and Janelle were the warmest! They were very patient and accomodating to queries, and they made me, my mom and brother feel like we were shopping with a friend. Genuinely interested in giving us the best recommendations. Safe to say this is my new favourite VS outlet to shop at :) Thanks, team!

Staff are really helpful! I usually struggle to find my size in major brands but thanks to their assistance I came out with 3 bras that fit me nicely gotta praise them for their patience too!

I wanted to highly recommend Devi’s smiling and positive vibe and assistance in helping me select the perfect perfume for my sister. She was patient and let us try the blottted cards for all the varieties of perfumes before we made our choice. Strongly suggest approaching this smiling star 🌟 when you visit Victoria Secrets at Ion orchard

Came here twice with the family before I made the decision to buy. Service could've been better. The best service I got was actually from the security guard at the door. He's a funny chap, loved talking to him. He would've been a better SA than the ones who served me, both times when I was there. The SA kept asking "do you want me to wrap it up for you?" when I was still considering if I wanted it. Why the rush? He should've been more patient. Train them better, Van Cleef. Cartier at MBS has way better service and they're your sister company. P.S. There are a lot of Singaporean SA staff in this location, so service is iffy, depending who you get.

Appointment is recommended online or call them ahead. Irene was extremely accommodating to adjust my appointment due to my conflicting schedule and I was able to pick out the pieces I have been eyeing for a while. These pieces are hard to come by. And by luck, I was able to try them on and brought them home! We were offered drinks and delightful chocolate. And the experience was the nicest I have been in all Van Cleef stores at home. I look forward to come back on a shopping trip soon!

Scheduled my appointment earlier on the website cause I saw it had queue everytime I passed by. I was contacted within an hour on the appointment and who to look for. Service was great, staff was friendly, as expected from the brand. Collection was cute from floral, leaves, to animal. Ended up buying one necklace for my wife. Can request to resize the chain here.

VCA at Ion sets the gold standard for the service industry. All the staff are super welcoming from the boutique manager to the greeters. Special shoutout to Anthea, who is super attentive and anticipates all our needs. Wife loves coming here and misses the store when we haven’t been here for a while. Very highly recommended.
