Went into the store today to do cleaning for my necklace and earrings. Greeted the SA with a hi but no greetings back. All she said was “if you want to do cleaning, avoid weekends”. Didnt expect such a service from VCA. Have always been to the MBS branch and they were nothing but lovely. Please do something about your staff at Ion orchard. Middle age chinese lady with bangs

Great service and friendly staff at Tommy Hilfiger ION, esp Wan Ying who served us twice on a busy Thursday and Sunday evening. A few items we wanted were out of stock but Wan Ying helped to bring the items herself to another outlet nearer to where we stay, so that it's more convenient for us to collect. And even though it was a peak sales period, all the staff were extremely helpful. Happy with our purchase. Thank you everyone for the excellent service, esp to Wan Ying 😊

Wan Ying was extremely helpful today. It was a busy Saturday and she apologised for the delay in attending to me, helping me check on product availability and gift wrapping my purchase. Her customer service is beyond excellent. Thank you Wan Ying.

Rarely seen a so poor organisation. 30 minutes to reach the cashier although the shop is empty. Customers cannot use the fitting rooms, have to try on in the shop. Worst experience in a shop in Singapore.

I went down today Boxing Day because I received a RED Loyalty Membership' email say that there's further 15% discount for $300 purchase. The middle-aged chinese lady told me every store has a display saying this extra 15% discount is only for above $400. I showed her my email which clearly states $300. She pretended to check with the management but later insisted it is the newsletter mistake. So please don't sign up for their newsletter, since they only email you attractive discounts that are different when you visit in-store. After showing them the actual email, she just rudely insist it's the newsletter mistake. If it is really a mistake, just honour it. Feel very bad to be treated like this as a RED Loyalty Member. Tommy Hilfiger is no different from Giordano or Bossini. Is it only TH ION so low-class ?

Was thinking of getting a polo t for my dad for father's Day. Greeted by this friendly, helpful staff call Terrance. He was genuine, intro me some of the item and share w me how I could pick a better fit size. Nex time when I want to get anything I will think of visiting the outlet since the shopping experience was pleasant :) keep up with good service :)

The Chinese lady, she claimed herself as Ah Ying(阿英) was really rude when serving customer. I chose few items to buy but in the end only buy one as I had promised the other guy to get 1 and let him enjoy the discount, otherwise I will not buy a single item! To the top management, pls train your staff properly otherwise you will lose sales.

Went in to check if there are any sizes for the jeans , size 30 is the largest. No plus sizes is it ? Erm ok btw their customer service also not that great need to buck up. No welcome greetings , didn't serve us properly. Feels not welcome also.

Really poor customer service. I purchased an item that was not the right size according to the packaging. When I came back to exchange the product the store manager Kevin was so unhelpful and after 1 hour we were still not able to sort the issue.

Visited ION Tommy Hilfiger today and I was served by a rude staff who is seen to be about 166 cm in height, uses spectacles and is about baby boomer demographic lol. I enquired him regarding a top I saw online and he immediately replied me in a lazy disgusted tone. He could have said nicely that this design is not available in Singapore but had to add on that only ladies uses (I'm a guy and fashion is versatile) (get your fashion in check bruhh). Next, I saw a polo tee I was interested in the store and was keen to purchase it. BUT, the guy mentioned that this polo tee is not suitable for me. A customer who is willing to purchase BUT he judges my purchasing power based on how I look or even dress. It is very common for high end retail staff to be fake, ignorant and snobbish. This event has made me very disappointed. Will I ever patronize this store? Until only their staffs get their attitude checked. Note to a front line staff : treat people with respect and dignity. No matter what age, race or gender. Have a commitment to serve customers with pride. Tommy Hilfiger, re evaluate your staffs :)
