The place to go for real coffee lovers! If you can tell the difference in a well pulled shot of espresso or the unique flavour the roasted beans then this is the place to get your coffee. The barista truly knows how to produce a great cup of coffee experience, and was very knowledgeable about the beans. For the food I had the lemon tart (it is provided by an outside bakery) was ok. Go for the Coffee and the friendly staff who know what they are doing!

Got a regular size latte for $7.79 which tbh is quite expensive. Taste is rly not bad but for me it's a bit mild. I think at this price point it would be good to offer a few different coffee beans with different flavor profiles to choose from. Service was friendly though and coffee comes with free water.

Common Man Coffee Roasters at Ion Orchard is a small shop with few seats. Ordered a mocha with low fat milk to-go for $7.63. It is a relatively small cup but the coffee tasted very good. It was a good treat nonetheless. The snacks (tarts, cakes) looked nice but on the pricer side. It sells roasted coffee, cups on the side too.

If you're looking for a very good coffee at Ion- I highly recommend Common Man. Like their other locations, the coffee is very good with multiple beans on offer. Small place- designed primarily for take away, but well appointed and friendly staff. The filter coffee was well-balanced, I always like the small cup and carafe service.

Another decent coffee place within Ion Orchard. Next door to Five Guys so a convenient location. Staff are friendly and helpful, and there are a few seats available. Coffee is also decent and well prepared.

I grew up eating chicken rice and this one is average in terms of rice and chicken. The rice is fluffy but not fragrant enough. The chicken meat is average. Chilli is so so and there's no dark soy or ginger condiments given. There are many better tasting ones around our area but with that said, Sergeant is my second grandson's favourite chicken rice stall. Taste is indeed subjective. I'm sure we will be ordering it time and again even though it's not spectacular, it's decent enough for lunch.

I am in love with the Hainanese chicken served at this place. They have a range of options, allowing you to chose between a steamed / roasted chicken and small / medium / large portions. The chicken rice comes with a side of fresh cucumber and a clear, flavourful soup. It’s comfort food at its finest 😊 …

Experience marred by poor attitude of staff member. Arrived at 8:55pm and placed order. When asked to replenish ginger condiment, I was flatly told "没有了没有了“（no more no more) no apology offered just indifference. Our meal felt incomplete without the ginger. As a paying customer, I felt short changed. To be fair, the cashier was polite, just not her male colleague.

Chicken is juicy but not succulent. Heavy aroma of lemongrass in rice. Not too bad.
