Great experience. Was unsure if I could use my BTV points for in-store purchases and the lady on duty was very helpful in explaining how the redemption works. Bagged home a micro dumpling bag in the end.

Shop is basically a hole in the wall..tiny but compact. I was here to physically try out the new poofy bags but only the pink ones left and they are tiny sized against my XL body. So I decided to cancel my online order for them too. I ended up checking out their signature dumpling bags in myriad of sizes and colours. So many colours! I got overwhelmed. Special thanks to SA Rui Xuan for being so so helpful and earnest in your recommendations! LOVE the service here.

A smaller store compared to the taka outlet but at least it is not as crowded as the one at taka. Service staff were friendly. Love the minimalistic design of the outlet too. Their 'plastic bag' design is rather unique and sleek too. When informed that it was going to be a birthday gift, staff gave a sticker and a nice bag too. Do note that if you spend $100 and above, you can join their membership which will have a $10 voucher to offset your purchase.

I’m a big BTV fan, but was disappointed with my experience at the Ion branch. The salesperson was unfriendly and came across as rude, looking visibly annoyed whenever I asked about the products. If you can, walk a little further to the Takashimaya branch instead—the shop is much bigger, and the service there is far warmer and more professional.

Very disappointed with the sales ladies at the store. I was looking at a certain colour, and without even checking, they immediately told me it was online exclusive, when it’s actually not (I had checked the status before going to the store). It really killed the vibe of purchasing the bag, so I just walked off.

Just encountered such an unfriendly staff at the store. I needed lanyard attachments - because mine broke mid trip last week — that I would happily pay for but apparently it was free. She seemed unhappy to give them to me. Doesn’t cost much to smile and be helpful.

The shop is kinda small. Doesn't have a lot of products but if you want to buy their best seller, I think they have all the products! The staff is really kind too.

poor service.. staff seems inexperienced.. bag have no plastic cover and paper bag has a scotch tape underneath.. abit disspointing for the price paid..
