I’ve always appreciated Koi Thé for its delicious drinks, but my recent experience was unfortunately not up to the usual standard. While the beverages were still enjoyable, the service left much to be desired. The staff distributing the drinks seemed rather dismissive, and there was an air of rudeness that made the visit uncomfortable. I’m hopeful this was just an off day, as I’ve had pleasant experiences before. I would love to see the usual warmth and friendliness return during my next visit.

Was there on 5 November, 6pm. There was no queue and was first in line for my drinks however I had to wait pretty long as the staff were chatting among themselves and taking their own time. They had time to chat with another staff from neighbouring stores who came after me and made their drinks first. I do not think it’s fair and poor customer service for those who paid waiting for their drinks. I am not the only one as there were frustrated customers after me too, waiting for their drinks

i visited dis outlet to buy a koi value card for someone. the lady who initially mending the cashier counter went to the collection side to pack the ready drinks for customers, thus i was left waiting to make my purchase. then, a male crew who just finished prepping a drink saw me waiting, so he came over to serve me. i told him i wanted to purchase koi value card and so he took out one and i paid. he then offered to me to choose a gift card (there are 3 designs- so i chosed the thank you design). overall, i am happy with the service by dis outlet.

Horrible service by the chinese fat lady in orange hair. She denied me fo using the payment counter to place my order she said rudely only kiosk. A group of kids were taking so long at the kiosk ordering station so i decided to do grab pickup instead. After ordering I came back 15 min later however she took my prepared drink from the floor, she didnt store it in the fridge. How can you place prepared drinks on the floor that is very unhygenic! Furthermore she allowed another customer for payment at the counter now but why rejected me previously. Will never order from here anymore.

Very bad experience. No notification when drink was done. Had to ask if the drink was ready. Drink was not to be found on the counter top, but on the floor. 7th October, 830pm. Koi, look into your 2 staff. 1 male 1 female. Extremely poor service.

I have been to many koi outlets and this is so far one of the slowest pace service. There were only 2 customers before me and i waited for nearly 10 minutes for one drink (i even have time to visit the restroom and takeaway 2 portions of dimsum and it's still not ready when i was back). Btw the outlet had 4 to 6 employees at that moment and they seems to be only busily preparing orders for delivery but there were a long queue waiting for their drinks already. Just penny for thoughts, maybe it's time to look into the tasks delegation management. I love koi and that's why i hope to see improvement of the service and speed. Thank u

Extremely long waiting time and low efficiency. However the amazing bubble milk tea made up for it.

Yummy orh nee milk tea. Ordered by koi app. Waited for them to call my order number but after other customers left, my number was still not called and app still showed preparing order. End up my drink was long ready and kept aside.

The longest wait for bubble tea of my life. It was very busy. While that is fully acceptable as we went on a Sunday afternoon, the main issue seems to be that despite the massive queue, delivery orders keep coming in and are prioritized (so the actual wait time is triple the visible crowd). The staff did their best to meet the demand but we waited 35 minutes for a simple milk tea with bubbles and then eventually went up to the counter. Apparently the drink had been prepared long ago, but they simply put it aside and forgot to call the number.

I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent visit. While collecting my orders, staff member Kexin displayed an unfriendly attitude. I understand that it was a busy period due to National Day, but front desk staff should remain patient and professional at all times. Customers come to purchase drinks, not to be met with poor service. I hope you can review her performance and service skills to ensure a better experience in the future. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit. Thank you.
