Hopelessly in love with the Chrysanthemum Macchiato with the Chrysanthemum jelly that is called chew-chew. Their macchiato series has always been good, but to pair it with the Chrysanthemum tea is a whole new level of goodness. Wanted to redeem the 1-for-1 voucher in the Koi app but was unsure how to go about it. So the staff guided us and helped us to place the order. Got our drinks quite fast too.

Not too bad, drinks here were good and they made it quick. Seems like the staff face slightly impatient customers in this branch, kudos to their patience!

purchased at the koi ion branch and was served with the wrong orders and terrible attitude. we gave the written order list to the cashier but he keyed in the wrong order. so we went back to change the drinks and the employees commented sarcastically in another language at the back. however, when they gave us the drinks again, it was wrong so we asked for a second change and one of the staff rudely said that it wasnt written on the order sticker when the order written on it was already wrong. but when we took the second order, it was still wrong… very disappointed.

Love BTV products, packaging, free gift-box etc but not so much on the customer service. My first time purchasing from the ION store and I could feel the unfriendly vibes from the sales girl (I don’t wanna expose her name here but feel free to reach out to me for details). Really made me think twice before buying lol cos I’d 100% go for customer service over anything else. Great product is important, and so is service.

Would like to compliment Calista for the excellent service. Despite being the only staff at the store with many shoppers, she still provided excellent customer service and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also sincere and cheerful despite the crowd. Thank you for the wonderful shopping experience. I will be back. :)

The outlet at Ion is surprisingly much smaller than the ones at Taka and Funan so not all available sizes are displayed. Nevertheless, I made my first purchase ever here and I was helped by the lovely Esther who was really friendly and helpful. Thank you! ❤️
