Thanks Vacheron Constantin Ion boutique for allocating the Overseas 4520V as my first purchase and Iris Liu for her impeccable service over the years. Iris was always professional and patient in managing my expectations; always hospitable whenever I visit the boutique and makes me feel welcome - she even remembers the watches I wore on my visits, which is sweet of her and appreciated. Back to the watch: it is a thing of beauty, the stunning sunburst blue lacquered dial is unlike any dial; the bracelet and accompanying straps are top notched, and the easy-to-use bracelet/strap change system makes for such great usability. Truly a grail watch worth the wait.

Great service from the Ion store. Staff were all friendly and ambience was good. Thanks to Zann Peh for the good experience. She was attentive, prompt and answered all my queries in person and over the phone. Very happy with my purchase. Hopefully I will get the waitlisted item soon too. Highly recommended!

Was served by an excellent representative, Kenneth from the outlet and I can feel his sincerity when showing me the timepieces I'm interested. Overall , I feel very comfortable and Kenneth even go the extra mile advise me on which watch I should be going for and why is that so. Had a great conversation about our interests in watches. Excellent service and this is what make Vacheron Constantin a great brand!!

I’m disappointed with the design and service scope of VC’s (Vacheron Constantin) brand. After buying watches from different brands, I’ve never seen such a complicated strap design. A component on the strap fell off, which caused trouble for collectors. After checking with the sales advisor and technician, they said they had never seen this issue before and advised me to return to the original country of purchase to consult the original store. This level of service quality is not acceptable for a top-tier watch brand with a price tag of $40K. Maybe increase your budget for a better brand experience and design. It turns out the store’s service scope only covers the watch itself, not the branded strap.

Iris was super friendly and answered all my queries. I came back 2x asking about different options and landed on the blue face chronos! Sadly I have to wait a few months to get my order.

The service for VC is really 1st class. I registered for a model and they responded via email and called me next working day to follow up. You won't see that from Patek Philippe's ADs and Audemars Piguet (AP is probably the worst). I made an appointment at the Ion outlet and spoke to Trent. Trent had a great indepth knowledge of the brand and I learnt a lot from him. I really like the experience at VC so far. It was truly a great and 1 of a kind experience with VC. Amazing. Keep up the great work.
