Vacheron Constantin maintains a boutique at ION Orchard Level 2 (#02-07), operating daily from 10:00am to 9:30pm (contact: 3158 3789). The Swiss luxury watchmaker, founded as the oldest continuously operating fine watch manufacturer, showcases its complete collection from simple models to highly complicated timepieces within a modern boutique environment.
The interior design reflects Maison Vacheron Constantin's contemporary elegance through design codes incorporating Asian elements, created by Vacheron Constantin's Geneva design team. The boutique houses the full range of collections alongside exclusive boutique-only limited editions unavailable through other channels. An in-house watchmaker presence enables direct client interaction and technical consultations.
As one of the "Big Three" Swiss watch brands alongside Patek Philippe and Audemars Piguet, Vacheron Constantin represents the pinnacle of traditional Swiss watchmaking expertise. The ION location serves as one of two Vacheron Constantin boutiques in Singapore, the other operating at Marina Bay Sands. The boutique provides sales and expert servicing through trained technicians equipped with specialized tools and genuine parts.

I’m disappointed with the design and service scope of VC’s (Vacheron Constantin) brand. After buying watches from different brands, I’ve never seen such a complicated strap design.
A component on the strap fell off, which caused trouble for collectors.
After checking with the sales advisor and technician, they said they had never seen this issue before and advised me to return to the original country of purchase to consult the original store.
This level of service quality is not acceptable for a top-tier watch brand with a price tag of $40K. Maybe increase your budget for a better brand experience and design.
It turns out the store’s service scope only covers the watch itself, not the branded strap.

Back to the watch: it is a thing of beauty, the stunning sunburst blue lacquered dial is unlike any dial; the bracelet and accompanying straps are top notched, and the easy-to-use bracelet/strap change system makes for such great usability. Truly a grail watch worth the wait.

Impeccable service from Iris. Was warmly welcome into the boutique to have a family portrait taken with their pop up holiday drop then proceed with viewing all the travel pieces.
Iris is very knowledgeable and patient in introducing each piece in detail. It was more of a watch appreciation session than the usual “wanting to get your sales” kind of interaction which is often seen with other brands.
Made me appreciate the brand more and wanting to return visit soon for more such interaction.
