I honestly came here feeling excited to get my açaí bowl, but I left feeling completely disappointed and angry. The service at Project Açaí (Ngee Ann City) is honestly one of the worst I’ve experienced. The staff were cold, unfriendly, and just plain rude. No greeting, no effort — they looked annoyed the whole time, like serving customers was a burden. Even with mask on, you could just feel the attitude— the way the staff carried herself and spoke was so defensive and condescending. I used to like their açaí, but after today, I’m done. I felt so disrespected and unwelcome. It’s sad because the food is good, but customer service matters just as much. Never coming back here again — there are better places with kinder people who actually appreciate their customers.

It was my first time trying acai and it was delicious! The açaí itself was refreshing and the toppings were really generous, which made the bowl super satisfying. The staff were also really helpful in guiding me through the order process which I appreciated. There weren’t any seats at the stall, but I managed to find a spot nearby to enjoy it, so it was still perfectly fine. Definitely glad I tried it!

Their acai bowl truly stands out. The flavors were perfectly balanced and refreshing. It's a delightful treat any time of day. The texture was smooth and creamy, making each bite enjoyable.

Amazing Acai but having to order everything a QR Code is more hassle and unnecessary especially when staff are not busy. Edit, In response to owners reply: This was just a simple feedback with no means of ill harm but a lot of petty/unnecessary investigating with CCTVs to get back at someone. Merely snapped a photo of the QR code with no intention of showing your staff. In fact, one of your staff was busy preparing the ingredients 😅 Message is just to mention about the QR code which others have feedbacked as well according to reviews. We are regular patrons of your Acai as well at other outlets just trying to provide honest feedback

It was a delight shopping with my family at Hermès Takashimaya, and Minghui truly made the experience special. He welcomed us with such warmth, putting my children at ease as they browsed and chose what caught their eye. His explanations were thoughtful and rich with history, which my husband truly appreciated before making any decisions. Throughout it all, Minghui's patience shone through, and there was this quiet rapport he shared with us that felt just right. It's a rare treat to encounter such seamless service at Hermès, especially among the sales associates. My family, my young children included, left feeling genuinely happy with their shopping experience. Keep bringing your best, Minghui Lin. You light up Hermès beautifully.

Like the revamped retail space. Good service and I made a purchase. Pleased with how I was served. It wasn’t my usual SA but the new one I met was nice too.

Love the products but nothing really available at this store. There were queue from outside to enter the store. Took around 15 minutes queue for me. The sales assistant was friendly to show around and help on the item but even a small item had a stock to purchase. Mainly for display only and unable to test try on the product.

I had the worst experience in this Hermes store. The clerk was so unkind that I didn't want to buy anything, but I bought it because I originally wanted to buy. When I got home, I was shocked when I saw the bottom of the shoes. It wasn't new shoes. The next next day, I went to the store, and the clerk was not available at that time, so other clerks responded. The clerks contacted the clerk who sold it and asked, and she lied that she had already sold it after making sure it was clean. Should I check the CCTV to see if the clerk checked it? The clerks who were there at the time told me that this store only sells new shoes, so I can't exchange them because there are traces of what I wore outside. and they said it couldn't be like this because there was a carpet in the store. Are you kidding me? That means this is not really new. Then why do you guys sell old shoes worn by someone?? So I asked them why you didn't give me new shoes and sold shoes worn by someone. After that they told me to take the shoes back again first because they didn't have same item in stock and they told me to wait for their contact until the item arrived. Why are you bothering me so much? Is this a second hand store? It's the worst. I was very angry.
