Went to Chanel counter in Takashimaya Shopping Centre on 30 July 2025 and was attended by the pleasant Ms Camilia Tan. I had a great experience thanks to her. She’s a professional, friendly and most importantly attentive to my needs. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel welcome and took time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Her product knowledge is impressive and she provided a clear, honest answers to all my questions without being pushy. What stood out the most was her patience and willingness to go extra mile to ensure I was comfortable with my options. I left feeling happy. It’s rare nowadays to come across such excellent customer service, and I truly appreciate the support I received. Thank you again Camilia for making my visit a pleasant and stress free experience.

My first visit to a Chanel store in Singapore. Attended by a male SA, didn't get his name. but was not really interested to be of service, gave minimum service and a I m too good for this attitude. I am really wondering if I should even spend my 10k with chanel.

Chanel Takashimaya has an outstanding Client Advisor Khalid. He is welcoming and knowledgeable. Khalid assisted me to get the bag i really really want. He is not pushy like many other Client advisors ive met before. Khalid made my visit to Chanel at Takashimaya very special and welcomed.

This was my first visit to Chanel store in Singapore and I loved every bit of it. While there was an initial miscommunication about who had my appointment, my SA Joyce kindly helped me make my first purchase for a pair of sunglasses and even showed me around a few bags that I had in my wish list. I would love to come back to get more items from my wish list.

I was utterly disappointed with Chanel’s QC. Purchased a folding wallet and a mini 22 as a gift for my wife last year and everything looks pristine when I was briefly checking the items over the counter. I returned home overseas, and we gladly unboxed the wallet and to our surprise the foil stamped Chanel’s letter H had a chip off and it looks like a defect. I mean who would expect getting this from Chanel.. No matter how I would advise customers to check on the items carefully before walking out of the store, especially TOURIST. Besides that, commendable service from the staff!

I had an amazing experience at Chanel thanks to the incredible service from Tze Wei. She was exceptionally kind and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain all the details about the bag I was interested in. Not only did she help me choose the perfect one, but she also went above and beyond by giving me valuable tips on how to care for it. Her professionalism and genuine enthusiasm made the entire shopping experience so enjoyable. I truly appreciate her outstanding service and will definitely return for future purchases. Highly recommend Tze Wei. Look for her!

First time shopping at the store. There was no queue. Sales associate was friendly. They asked about my preference, explained in detail and patiently assisted me throughout. I would say this is expected from any high end store, considering how much we are paying. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

You are attentive in understanding and observing what your customer wants. Never uptight in keeping the array of bags that we were keen on trying, definitely the most patient and warm. Bad experience on 13 Oct 12:46pm. Was looking at lipsticks and a female assistant with a low pony tail attended to me. She was very rude and keeps frowning and shows attitude even though i bought the product in the end. She threw my lipstick on the countertop when writing the receipt and doesnt want to give me the bag to go with the lipstick. Please give your staff proper training as I felt very unwelcomed there and will never be back to the outlet again.

I had a wonderful experience at Chanel Ngee Ann City, all thanks to Vanessa Lim. She was warm, attentive, and incredibly professional throughout my visit. Vanessa took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. Her knowledge of the products and genuine passion for the brand really stood out.
