Thank you so much for my Chanel 19 bag ❤️. This is my first time in Singapore and this is my first Chanel bag. A gift from my husband for my 40th birthday 😁. I really liked the manager Calvin Yeow, he is very correct, very kind and created a holiday for me. 🫶 I asked for a brochure and everything was quickly organized for me. Dear ones, thank you for an unforgettable shopping experience and a pleasant shopping experience in Singapore. I am very happy and say hello to Calvin. I don’t understand why the store has a low rating. )) Everything went at the highest level for me.

I had a really disappointing experience at the Chanel Takashimaya boutique. I purchased my bag from the Palm Beach boutique in May, and within weeks the stitching came loose. Later a small pen mark seems to have gotten on the bag. When I brought it to the Chicago Chanel boutique, the staff were wonderful — they treated the mark, got most of it off, and offered to send it to the Chanel spa for full repair. Since I’m based in Singapore, they assured me I could have it done there instead. Love the Chicago staff! When I went to Takashimaya, however, the experience was the complete opposite. The staff (Kori Mak and Wendy) were dismissive, said there was “no spa available,” and said only the stitching could be fixed — even when I said the Chicago team confirmed it could be done and had tried. They also questioned my residency status, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. I expected a consistent level of service from Chanel worldwide, but Singapore’s boutique fell far short. It left me questioning how much Chanel here actually stands behind its products and I would never purchase anything from a store in Singapore that doesn’t have a bag repair service available.

Mr Arif Najib is very experienced with his speech and story telling. Excellent service and great hospitality ended up purchasing 2 shoes:) I would come back with more friends in the coming months. Keep up the good work Chanel!

Had such a lovely experience being served by Jorgan Lau at Chanel. He was kind, patient, and made sure I found the perfect pair of flats. His attention to detail and professionalism made the whole shopping experience a real pleasure. Truly one of the best service experiences I’ve had at Chanel! Far better than the service at the orange brand that starts with H.

I've visited Innisfree recently and was assisted by Gladys. She was incredibly kind, warm and knowledgeable. Her recommendations were genuinely thoughtful and spot-on! And she also took the time to share her personal beauty routine with me. It wasn’t just great service, it was a moment that stayed with me. xD Thank you so so much!! ❤️ (she's my secret crush now hahaha just joking! 😂)

Innisfree is a major Korean cosmetic brand. This store is rather large and shopping experience is good. It's a little understaff though. So, you'd need a little patience if you have to seek help.

went into the store and no one came to help, i'm a 14 year old teenager and amongest the customers in the store, i was one of the youngest. all the employees were only providing service to the adults, and when i tried asking for help, they walked away. ended up not getting what i originally wanted.

Was told the gift set was 'Buy 1 Get 1 Free' when it was actually 50% off each set. Wasn't given the free samples kit that website mentioned it will be given with no min purchase in store.

I purchase my items in different branches depending where I am in, but I buy in this outlet more often. I only have two products that I consistently use - the Aloe Revital Soothing Gel and Jeju Volcanic Pore Cleansing Foam EX. They are almost part of me already as I am using them for quite some time now. They are suited for my skin type and each item can last long. Whenever I see or hear new products whether from Innisfree or from other brands, it doesn’t cross my mind to give them a try as I am happy and I think I will stick to my two holy grail items.
