Long-time MAC customer, but the service was indifferent—whether served or not, it made no difference. The staff had a nonchalant attitude, almost as if a robot could have done the job just as well. Service standards in Singapore are really disappointing.

I had a wonderful experience with Haziah during my recent visit to MAC. Despite being alone at the counter and managing another customer as well, she remained incredibly patient and attentive throughout. MAC had recently changed its colour numbering system, and Haziah persistently doing swatches and matching until she found the perfect shade for me. Her dedication, warmth, and willingness to assist stood out remarkably. Given that some of the general reviews about the service at this outlet haven’t been very positive, I felt it was important to highlight Haziah’s outstanding service. She truly made my visit a welcoming and pleasant one after some earlier disappointing experiences with others who do not seem to be able to give good recommendations for skin of colour. Thank you, Haziah, for your professionalism, patience, and for genuine conversations .

That's one male staff simply has integrity issue. Was told that's 2 free gifts with minimum purchase, thus I purposely added on other stuff. When I left I realized one of the gift ( spray) didn't gave to me. He purposely dropped in 2 mini sample and made me thought that's the gift. Luckily went back and check again after realized it. He immediately reacts that he forgot put it in even before I told him what's my question. Really WOWs~. May management check on this carefully.

Nice decor. Sales assistant was more than patient with me. Much better service then what I got at the NEX outlet. I do notice and wonder why though, how all the staff at every MAC outlet don’t have the cheerful disposition that you’d expect from such an occupation. The male staff are definitely friendlier in almost every outlet I’ve been to.

I recently developed an unexpected skin injury from an aesthetic procedure (look at last photo). The pigment is coming back but it will take sometime for my skin to return to its original pigment. In the meantime, I’d have to wear foundation when I have meetings etc. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Cher Wee, a talented makeup artist at MAC. Cher's expertise and dedication helped me understand foundation better as I never wore foundation in the past. From the moment I approached Cher, he greeted me with a warm and friendly smile, immediately putting me at ease. Cher made sure to listen attentively to my concerns about my skin flaws, and his knowledge and understanding of different makeup techniques were evident as he began to work his magic. I mean just look at the pictures attached. I left the store feeling incredibly confident and grateful for Cher's assistance. His professionalism, skill, and friendly demeanour made the entire experience enjoyable. I would highly recommend Cher Wee to anyone, especially with regards to this kind of coverage. MAC never fails - always been a fan since I wore makeup!

16 Oct Sunday 3:30pm. Very Poor service. I am the only customer at the store. Looking for a lipstick I already know which colour to try. I tried that colour I want but not suit me so i asked the staff can recommend any colour is suit to wear for light makeup. She told me that colour I choose earlier is the one already. Wow, what good recommendation from a beauty consultant ??????? Fine, I took some colour and ask her to let me try. End up I spent less than 10 mins and buy a lipstick which I think ok on my lips. Overall: Bad, come on, let’s treat everyone fairly. I want something I will buy immediately. Train your staff la .. Everyone could be your potential customer. At least give your basic services !!

Super bad attitude. I came in to enquire the products but the staff that served me not friendly and put on poker face all the while. Her service made me not comfy at all and she so arrogant when I was asking some ‘dumb’ questions. I purchased two products without memberships but the staff didnt assist for member registration or offer any samples. I did visit the other stores in Singapore and this is the worst services that I encountered. I decided to drop my comment and found tons of bad reviews for this store. Surprisingly this store never improve their service after all the complaints. I will never ever back to store for purchase in future. FYI the artist number is 1094695

Very poor customer service from a blue haired lady staff at takashimaya branch. Totally nonchalant and facial expression looked like something had died, not even a smile on her face. Only became a little more 'helpful' after I bought something. I won't be returning. Mac cosmetics please train your staff to be more customer oriented.
