3rd visit - bought 50ml perfume and sole staff was very attentive even though there were so many customers. 2nd visit - went back to get the mini set and received another 2 samples. service was excellent. however I noticed the expiry date for the mini set was march 2027. 😅 1st visit -Sales assistant tended to me even though she was busy with other clients. I bought Mojave ghost body wash and managed to get 2 free perfume samples as well.

Heard so much about this brand, so I decided to visit the store. Very neat and tidy place. Was greeted by Annie. She was very helpful and guided me to choose the frangrance that suited me best. Excellent Service! Amazing Perfume! And a very satisfied customer.

Specifically went to Byredo flagship to check out their underrated makeup range. I had recently purchased a Remembrance palette from their online store and wanted to try the textures since I haven’t received mine. Kat was patient and knowledgeable in explaining a very new makeup range to me. She also shared some scents with me and I might have found my fave with Young Rose. Even though I didn’t buy anything then, Kat was patient to walk me through the scents and products. An excellent shopping experience!

My go to place to buy perfumes! I bought 5 bottles of perfume from both Anna and Kat. They were both so helpful and polite. Very knowledgeable, well-dressed and was patient when I asked questions. Excellent store. The store person (Annie) was super helpful. She is attentive and helped us select perfumes. Highly recommend the scents here which really stood out for me. They have unisex scents.

Byredo at Takashimaya was such a lovely store, mainly thanks to the sales associate Kat who was very knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured a great scent journey for my partner and I. We were immediately drawn to so many fragrances in this brand’s collection, and Kat remembered everything we liked and didn’t. She also recommended for us what she thought we would like, based on the scents we tried and liked.

I was looking for a perfume brand named ~ MAison de Lasie. I was visited few similar shops at Ngee Ann City during my visit and still couldn't get it. Annie was the one who served me during I visited her shop , although I didn't purchase anything from her. I personally feel that she was attentive , friendly, resourceful and have a good sense of initiatively helping me find out the exact location of that brand. Once again thanks for her help and the sincere service.
