Bought their product after asking for recommendations on fragrances to my liking. Was not disappointed with their Extrait de Parfum. I apply their product directly on specific clothing (not recommended for whites) for specific occasions. There is a faint smell of the settled scent even after doing my laundry, and I am impressed by this.

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Aegis Santos at the Byredo shop in Takashimaya, and I can’t say enough good things about him. Even though the issue wasn’t his fault—our mix-up happened at a different store—Aegis went above and beyond to help us out. He was super nice, incredibly patient, and did everything he could to make sure we felt better about the situation. Honestly, his kindness and support turned a frustrating experience into a reminder of how great customer service can be. Because of Aegis, I’m staying totally loyal to Byredo. Kudos to him for making a real difference!

Honestly I don’t think I’ve ever received such great customer service as I have today. Aegis is a gem! He was so incredibly helpful with some issues we had and he resolved them right away. Caring, knowledgeable and he went above and beyond! Highly recommend!

3rd visit - bought 50ml perfume and sole staff was very attentive even though there were so many customers. 2nd visit - went back to get the mini set and received another 2 samples. service was excellent. however I noticed the expiry date for the mini set was march 2027. 😅 1st visit -Sales assistant tended to me even though she was busy with other clients. I bought Mojave ghost body wash and managed to get 2 free perfume samples as well.
