Bing Su model i see and actual Bing Su I get. The bad thing is that the mango is spoiled but they still serve. No much service( we clean table by ourselves) because it has limited man power

Love this outlet tuck at the corner of orchard gateway where I get my coffee fix whenever I needed one.. The fabulous part ain't only about the variations of coffee, tea choices and desserts but more of the services you get from the staff here and did I mention the Brownie?? It's a must try.. this store is open 24hours so you can pop by anytime after shopping around the area.. it's has the cozy and relax ambience..

The red velvet cake is great. Milk tea is up to standard. But the Strawberry Ade is tasteless, don't waste your money for this. Staff are friendly and sitting space is considered enough if not peaks period. Generally the price is on the high side.

I ordered milk Tea and Tiramisu. Tiramisu was delicious 🤤. Each bite revealed airy sponge soaked just enough to carry the espresso flavor without feeling soggy, balanced by a light sweetness in the cream. That was a satisfying combination.And most important thing was the guy who took my order was really nice and he has a warm and welcoming smile.

Service was absolutely terrible. Made wrong waffles even though I CLEARLY SAID cappuccino waffles. They didn’t apologise and even told me to wait 15min more. Appalling lack of care for their jobs. Management need to train staff better. P.s. they even shouted at us that they’re very busy and if we want, we can just get a refund. However, we already waited 30min for some pathetic waffles. We’re not just going to take the refund and leave without service recovery. I’m very angry that they can shout back at customers. This is appalling.
