It gets really crowded, so making a reservation a few days in advance or heading over before 11:30am for lunch is advisable. We were there before 11:30am on a Sunday without a reservation, and we waited over an hour to be seated. The food is below average quality Japanese food, but the service is good, and the kids would be really entertained by the conveyor belt sushi. We are quite frequent customers of Sushiro, because my daughter has a great time there. However, if you are looking for authentic, good quality Japanese food, I wouldn't suggest Sushiro at all.

Crowded in a quiet Isetan shopping mall. Long queues and long wait during peak hours. Small area with few seating. Food is ok, affordable.

Convenient spot for a quick meal before shopping. I usually order directly from the iPad, which makes it easy to browse and pick what I feel like having that day. Most of the time, I’ve been lucky with fresh and tasty sushi. My top picks from Sushiro are the thick-cut salmon sushi, sweet shrimp gunkan, shrimp with avocado sushi, chawanmushi with scallop, and the deep-fried salmon wing. The staff are friendly and attentive, and I really like the self-payment system — it saves time and makes the whole experience fast and convenient

Had a great dining experience thanks to Ryan! He kindly offered us a window seat and even went out of his way to ensure our table was clean and comfortable before we were seated. Really appreciated the thoughtful service. The sushi here is also top-notch—as good as the somerset branch but the view here is definitely better

1st of all thank you for coming to open in Singapore. This sushi chain is the best casual rail sushi. Of course cannot expect service and atmosphere but price and taste is much much better than other sushi shop in same price.

Went on a late midweek evening, and there were seats available. We shared a Oreo bingsu after looking at our adjacent table's impressive order of same. It has large chunky Oreos, and looked enticing. Sadly our Oreos look nothing like theirs. Instead they were cracked, sparsely placed. However, the bingsu tasted alright although not out of this world. The ice is the fine powdery type, and the crushed Oreos and vanilla ice cream topping complimented the whole bingsu well generally.

A strawberry banana bingsu… which had one single strawberry, a few slices of banana, and a generous serving of strawberry syrup 😂 The strawberry tasted so good it blew my mind, I can’t believe the strawberry only cost $18…

We wanted to order mango bingsu but it was out of stock. Ordered chocolate one. Regret. Too sweet. The shaved ice has a gluey weird texture when picked up on spoon. Not the the fluffy type of bingsu ice we are used to. Could not finish at all even though we tried our best. It was also quite expensive at 19.50 dollars after GST. Although portion is big I really hoped that it could be more delicious

Looking for a place for my coffee break in the mall and I dropped by Coffeesmith. The front of the store have more tables compared to the back. Lots of seating and electrical plugs for charging your devices. The black coffee is good and I sat down and sort of relaxed a bit around here. Its a very busy mall during the weekend and its nice to sorta have a good coffee and just chill for a while.

I’d like to give a big shoutout to Michelle for her outstanding service! She was warm, attentive, and made sure everything—from the food to the drinks—was absolutely perfect. Her professionalism and friendly attitude made the entire experience even more enjoyable. The food was delicious, and her service truly elevated it to another level. Thank you, Michelle!
