Came here for my first Coolshaping trial and was surprised by how comfortable the whole experience was. My consultant, Eileen, was very easy to talk to and patiently addressed all my concerns, no hard selling at all. I felt confident enough to sign up for a 5-session package, and by the end of my 3rd treatment, my waist size had already gone down from XL to L!

Tried the Premium Glow facial and was pleasantly surprised with the result. The consultant took time to explain my skin condition and recommended a package that was well within my budget (no pushy selling at all). The treatment itself was super relaxing, the beautician also very professional when doing the treatment, I top up for deep cleansing and her skill is really good. Don't have any redness and my skin looked noticeably brighter and smoother after just one session. Looking forward to my next visit!

I came here for the LED teeth whitening treatment and the results were even better than I expected – my teeth definitely look shades lighter. Compared to dentist whitening I tried before, this felt a lot more gentle on my sensitive gums and I was much more comfortable throughout. The price is also way more affordable, which is a big plus. Staff were friendly, explained every step clearly, and there was no pressure to sign up for anything I wasn’t comfortable with. They only recommended what suited me. Great experience overall!
